Really good place to grab dessert when eating around the food court at Asia Times Square. But the menu at location never matches... what they say they have online. Also, they close so early. All the other food booths close hours after Beard Papa's. That's alot of customers lost. That's money that you are not making. You need to open longer hours and be accurate about your menu.People make decisions to visit your place based off of your menu online. Read more

I have been to this location numerous times since opening and each time the quality has consistently declined. Last time my wife... caught you guys missing a cream puff. This time we didnt watch the kitchen as they arent busy so the order should be accurate(never assume), but you guys still managed to mess up by missing the Matcha filling. My advice to everyone is to watch theemployee that is working on your order carefully like you watch your $100 sushi being made by the sushi chef. Really, seriouslyguys, do not be shy about lowkey offending the store employee who makes your order by staring as they made the see through glassfor a reason....and that is they are not afraid of being watched. Just the way I remembered...trying it for the first time in California with one of my childhood friends several years ago... and... now it's made its way to Texas...light and fluffy...not too sweet ...and super creamy filling on the inside...it just takes meback to that sunny and beautiful memory...welcome and hope you stay around... Came here at 8:07...they close at 9pm and they said they were not gonna make anything and all they had was just one flavor that... looked old and had been left out for a while. Did not look good so we just left and had the place next door. Disappointed inthis place. Read more
