This is horrible straight garbage. I told them mayonnaise mustard and ketchup on my plain cheeseburger. Headset said mayonnaise... mustard and ketchup back to me. I said Yes! Mayonnaise Mustard and Ketchup. I pull up and there?s only mustard. So now I?mwondering where the lack of communication is seeing that u repeat my order back correctly. They remake my order and give me myburger correctly on stale bread. NO EXCUSES. Read more

I like the grocery store they have inside. It's a quick stop if I don't want to go to the grocery store. Food is pretty good... and service just depends on how busy they are And if a lot of new staff. Definitely cheaper ice cream than other places intown. Read more

We ordered 2 strawberry shortcakes. Braums it is a strawberry shortcake? It should have enough strawberrys to cover the ice... cream. We asked for pecans and I counted them. It was 4. Lol. First time at Braum's and I was delighted with the freshness of my Double quarter pounder cheese burger with fries that... surprised me how good they tasted. Ice cream needs vs. wants? wants WON! This was a win all around. The Candy Bar Sundae was delish and the service was... EXCEPTIONAL!! We were served by two amazing teens, Khaliyah and Carlos, who both displayed the highest level of commitment toexcellent service! There was a young boy about 7 years Khilayah?s junior who approached the register and Khaliyah assisted himwith the same warm, friendly vibe shared with the adults. The restaurant was almost full with families who were apparentlyenjoying themselves. This experience was much more than a struggle between needs vs wants. This was a feel good experience. This Braum?s might new management or a miracle. I don?t really blame workers because I believe leadership is ultimately... responsible for the quality of the business. Lots of empty but terribly messy tables, long queues and slow service. The teamethos seems extremely low. Read more

New and improved Braum?s. Boy oh boy what an amazing upgrade. Can?t go wrong with ordering a #1 and a butter pecan malt, hits... the spot just right. Outdoor patio nice and spacious your able to eat and dip out from the outside without having to go backinside to leave. Plenty of parking and handicap parking available. Restrooms were clean,high chairs available for dine in, andplenty booths to sit big families. The dairy store was fully stocked and very well put together. Shopping carts and basketsavailable for shopping. EBT and option for payment in the dairy store. Only thing I was bummed out was the drinking/ketchupstation was not fully stocked for a busy Friday night. I was pumping away for dear life tryna fill up the mini ketchupcontainers. I ended up having to hit up the front counter for packets. The tray that was originally given to me was full ofwater the paper was drenched. Normally I would give Braum's a 4 or 5 stars based on their great tasting food and their reasonable prices on ice cream... My... recent visit though was less than ideal. The were out of ice, ketchup, table salt, and forks. One of the menu items we orderedcame with cottage cheese and the one we were given was partially open, we asked for a replacement and it was visibly dirty onthe outside. I told three different employees about the lack of basic items in the dining area before they filled the ice, butthey just gave out packets of ketchup the entire time we were there (which could be due to closing 3 hours later and not wantingto bust out a new ketchup bag). Overall the food and ice cream was tasty as always. One of the employees seemed to be moreinterested in taking selfies and flirting with the male staff than addressing any customer concerns.
