Wings are tasty but poor service. I spent $50 on 20 tradition and 20 bone out wings w/ large fries carry out. When I got home no... fries and they gave me blue chz, instead of ranch. Not to mention the place had no outside lights, no one greeted me as I walkin. The young lady who was supposed to check on my order simply was walk around the restaurant. Poor management. Read more
Walked in and no hostess in sight for at least 10 min. Several people waiting to be on the list. When she did come back, we were... greeted with a nonchalant attitude. She took my name down and told us would be about 15 min wait. Still sitting there over 30minutes later.. no one checking on the parties waiting. Another hostess started to give longer wait times as people startedwalking in. He had a poor attitude and it?s like he hoped no one wanted to wait as long as he was telling them it would take. Wewere only a party of 2 but we along with a party of 6 and another party of 4 walked out at the same time. That kind of serviceis horrible. A hostess set the tone and not one of the two were welcoming or inviting. If anything, they didn?t want customers.More employees that guests on the dining side. Guess they feel like they should get paid just to stand there. I wouldn?t give1 star but I had to just to be able to write a review. Find better! Do better! Read more
Really really bad service...waited over 10 minutes for anybody to take my order. After getting my order, no one came by to see... if everything was okay and to ask me if I needed a refill on my drink or anything else. After finishing my meal, I had to flagdown another wait staff associate to pay for my meal...this after waiting 10 minutes for my waiter. The only employee to help mewas a tall young employee that even though he was not my waiter and he was really busy himself-he took time to help me. Read more
If you like chicken wings deep fried, with lots of flavor, this is the place. Original or boneless, from a wimpy salt and... pepper to a nuke and beyond. You dig your own grave... I mean , there are many flavors. Enjoy. Read more
I visited this establishment on 06-02-2022 My experience was awful due to getting my order wrong and when I called to speak with... the management was placed on hold for and left there! I finally hung up the girl answered the and gave me so much attitude????My order was 10 wings all flats and the cauliflower wings with fries. That's not what I received but I'm just going to assumethey have this issue often due to the bad service I received. You only have to show me once how you do business so yes I'm goodon them?? we had 11 in our paryy and they sat us all at a big table. The food was great but they keep all the vacume cleaners right behind... my chair. All I could smell was the dirty vacume dust while I was eating. The family convinced me to stay but they need to keepthose dirty things off the main floor !! Read more
Donald was a great server despite being short staffed. The training manager was filling in as needed and the staff seemed... generally courteous and professional. The songs and onion rings were served quickly and were yummy. They have the best sauce fortheir onion rings. The unsweetened tea was very good. Donald was attentive and I appreciated the discount they provide to thosewho have served. The four is only due to the wait but the service and food was a five. Read more
This location is in need of some remodeling or a good paint job and deep cleaning.. you walk in and it doesn't feel safe to... touch any surface. The servers need some more customer service training. The food was good at least. Read more
