Service was terrible. After reviewing our food, no one spoke to us for over half an hour not even to give us our bill. I could... have left without paying easily. I went up to the hostess booth and waited for someone to come by so we could request our bill.When our server did bring the bill, it was partially hand written. We asked to speak with the manager who came out of thekitchen laughing and did not seem very concerned about our negative experience. The bathrooms both women's and men's weredisgusting. The parking lot was not packed at about 7pm on a Wednesday night and I can see why. Take the time to drive an extra10 minutes to another location or go somewhere else altogether. With the entire staff seeming super spaced out, inebriated andutteterly careless you could probably do a good job of filming Waiting 2 here. Read more

Greeted and seated by hostess immediately. Excellent customer service experience by our waitress. Very attentive, kind,... friendly, professional. To be seated immediately on a Sunday afternoon should have been the first sign but I've been a fan of Cheddar's for a while. I... haven't had it since Covid so we decided to go eat for Sunday dinner. The food was not as tasty as it normally is and theportions were small. The only thing that I really liked was my drink. I had spinach and artichoke dip and it was not creamy atall. My children liked their food however, it was just chicken fingers and french fries and my husband liked his food howeverhe's the type of person that can just have salt and pepper and it's delicious to him????????????. I'm Panamanian so I loveseasoning and this was not it. I'm going to give Cheddar's a couple more months to get their act back together and then I'll beback. Read more

The overall experience was okay, just okay. The restaurant was not full however there was a 20 minutes wait: which made me think... thev restaurant did not have enough personnel. In any case, the waitress was friendly but service was slow. I guess related tothe fact that there was not enough personnel. We order 3 dishes, top sirloin, baby back ribs and salmon. All 3 dishes cannedwith 2 dices. Food was tasty and portions were on the large size. Read more

The food was GREAT! Customer service needs to be trained & a different method of cleaning for their utensils needs to be put in... place expeditiously, the silverware was disgusting. And waiting on some to ask for another set was non-existent. Read more
