Sat at the bar. Ate the bacon rancher wich was delicious. Brought my food and didn't see them again until I asked for my bill.... Ate the fries dry because they didn't bring any ketchup. Love chili's but not planning to come to this one again even if theyoffered a free meal. Read more
I'm not sure what's going in the food industry lately but it's not good at all. We use to order from this Chili's 1 to 2 times ... a week but I'm done with them. Last week that shorted me several items and tonight I went to curbside and a guy finally came outto get my name. I did arrive 10 minutes early but when I got there I saw a lone bag sitting there but figured it wasn't mine.After waiting another 20 minutes, my fault, I decided to go in and see how much longer. He said he would check and that'swhen I looked at the bag that had been sitting there and it was mine. I told him that bag had been there the entire time andsaid sorry but the food should still be hot. Guess what, it wasn't. The nachos were not edible at all. I'm over thus Chili's! Took about 10 mins to be seated host was rude(not to busy but was lunch time).waitress came over took our drink order and food... order, got fajitas asked for well done, we?re not well done, didn?t bring out the beans that go with them, tortillas werent evenwarm, also ordered wings were meh. ???????got free chips for being a rewards member (we?re just a bunch of broke chip prices,salsa was saulty. Drinks were brough out with our chips ( make that one drink the other drink wasn?t brought out till after ourentrées) anyways we paid to leave, and waitress took the tablet when I was about to fill out Survey. So I just left. Last timewe were here we waited more than 15 for any one to acknowledge we were there( were only two other tables seated it was fairlyearly) Finally we?re told they were cleaning up a table and they walked to the back, came back out and never sat us so we woundup leaving. We arrived at Chili?s at about 9:30. It was busy but not packed. There was trash all over the floor which should have been our... sign to turn around. We were seated quickly and it took only minutes for our waitress to arrive. This is where it got bad. Sherather spend tome talking about the cool things she misses rather than remember our order. She didn?t put in our appetizer andthen forgot to add on the guac to our brisket quesadillas. We were never given silverware or napkins. There was only severalsmall pieces of brisket in our food and they were mostly the fatty pieces. The burger was cold. The only thing good was thefries. Service was good but food was not. Ordered Texas Cheese fries. Way overcooked. Cheese was crunchy, dry and cooked so much the... oil separated out of it. Sent it back and it came out same. One pic is from menu. Other is what I got. Read more
I really don't understand how this location has any five-star ratings. They are always short-handed, food is slow coming out,... orders are wrong and the restaurant is always dirty. I just waited in the parking lot for a to-go order for 20 minutes. When Iwent inside to ask about my order the person working the to-go area said that everything else has been done that they are justwaiting on one item. I waited another 7 minutes and it still wasn't done. So in other words your food is sitting there gettingcold waiting for one item. Read more
I called and ordered chicken fried steak. I asked if they had gravy? They said yes. I get there and paid 20 dollars, told the... girl I was grateful they had gravy. Otherwise what's the point of this meal. I get home. And NO GRAVY AND ON TOP OF THAT THIS ISCHICKEN FRIED CHICKEN NOT STEAK!!!! I CALLED BACK AND SPOKE TO A MANAGER SHE SAID SHE WAS, SHE SAID WE NO LONGER OFFER CHICKENFRIED STEAK. WHY DIDN'T YOU SAY THAT AT THE BEGINNING?? SHE SAYS. Just like all other restaurants, they have become over priced. The food was meh. Fries were cold and tasted stale. The brisket... quesadilla was good but the bbq sauce was powerful and very sweet. The chicken was ok but not the best. The street corn wasprobably the best tasting item on the plate It wasn't very busy at that time so im not sure why the fries were not better. Read more
