average food. staff is friendly however you get what you pay for when it comes to the food. steak is never cooked right. ask for... medium everytime and everytime it is well done. price is fair for quality of the food. Food and service was good no complaints either. We all had fun.
We were super hungry after a long drive, waitress was nice, she recommended so things that she thought I would like after asking... her opinion on some items. We placed our order and she forgot to place our Queso, all the extras like Quac for the Quesadillaswas not on the plate. She told me I was going to be difficult to place an order for. Once our food was served.. My GF burgerwas cold.. burnt on outside edges.. we didn't get any utensils toward the end of the meal. My brisket quesadilla had almost zerobrisket and all fatty pieces.. over all was not a Good experience..we had to go to McDonald's afterwards bc we couldn't finishour food. Read more

I visited this Chili's location after meeting the manager at the Denny's next door. The manager noticed me wiping down my own... table and came over to assist. He apologized and said the restaurant was short staffed. Very impressive for him to spring intoaction for another restaurant. So today I visited the restaurant and the customer service was amazing. From the hostess to theserver I received attentive and courteous service. The assistant manager even stopped by several times to check on my diningexperience. Waiting 45 minutes for receive my food. Knife broken, server forget us table for over 15 minutes. They bring us food but not the... fork and knife. Server said not speak spanish and she talk spanish with other partners. I never came back at this restaurant.Service is very POOR.
