Chuck E Cheese is not what it use to be. It's over priced, lots of the games were taken away, it is to be filled with kids... playing around now seems like fun is limited. As for the staff is young kids with no personality, no smile, no help they act asif they don't know what's going on. The salad bar was not filled and when ask where cheese and other fixings the person had toask someone else the salad itself was wilted I ask for fresh salad and it was like I ask for a million dollars. They just pourednew salad over the old salad, it was ridiculous. The money spent there was not worth it, we should have went to Main Event.Never again at Chuck E Cheese Read more
Omg!! Where do I start? I will never bring my toddler here ever again! The drinks are all just straight syrup. The price of 1... medium pizza and game card was $53. We waited over an hour for one medium pizza. Most of the games don?t work. Dirty tableseverywhere. Pizza full of grease and wings were extremely cold. My kids I were invited to a birthday party here from 3pm to 5pm. Parking was great! Entering the building the door greeters had... different finding the name on party list, finally after 5 min she finds the name and tells us where we are seated! So we walk toour table which had other parties sitting at our table because of capacity which we didn?t mind because we had a small party!So we sat there an hour before someone came to assisted us! All the guest had arrived by this time so I go to the manger who?swas sitting 2 feet from us and I ask her who?s the party assistant for our table that we are ready to be serviced! She says okI?ll go get her! The lady gets there, takes our order, gets the order wrong, that?s more time being wasted long story short theentire time there we were assisted twice never got the deals which were included in package and was over charged for the partywhich was booked and paid online! My all time favorite rat always comes through the clutch for me even as an adult. The stuff crust pizza was so worth the extra 3... dollars. The salad bar was fire only thing missing was the macaroni salad. They serve beer and have wine for adults to turn upwith the kids to match their energy. Them kids in there were going ham on the games. They have wristbands and cards to load withminutes or tokens. You also have the option to pause your card once. The only thing disappointing was the customer service. Theyhave a lot young peeps working there that had nonchalant attitude?s. They were not very helpful and didn?t have much patience toanswer questions or explain offers. Read more
Overall great experience! Upgraded games, pizza is still pretty good and CLEAN. Only complaint is that it's expensive.
