fantastic barbecue! I've been going here since I was a little girl and it's always tasted like a second home! although I miss... the free icecream they used to give out the barbecue is always on point and I can't recall a single bad experience, 5 stars!can't reccomend them enough! you should especially try their brisket or rib plates! Ordered ribs without the sauce online and I was given ribs smothered in sauce. Called back to tell and young lady excuse herself... saying all ribs are brush with sauce. I can't stand someone who make up things to cover their mistake. I have purchased ribsbefore with no sauce and the sauce on the side. Today it was just ok. I've never had their rolls, not sure if they were supposed to be hard on the bottom and choey, chicken ok,... Brisket a little dry today however, their ribs were on point! (Great to know they offer both military and senior discounts) Read more
Went in an ordered a 2 meat plate that was priced at 14.00 on the menu but when I asked about the 1 meat plate being the same... price I was told that the menu prices were wrong and that the register prices were accurate. I was charged 15.00 for the 2 meatplate even though the menu said 14.00 which is falsifying information. The lady had a very nasty attitude when I asked for themanagers name and stated she couldn?t give me that information . I know 1 dollar isn?t much but just imagine how much extramoney can be racked up by overcharging customers. I asked could I have a courtesy drink due to the overcharged price and sheflat out said no. EDIT - I reached out to the email in the response below. So far, no response from them. Customer service doesn?t care and they... are just trying to save face acting like they care. Absolutely terrible and I would embarrassed to serve up the brisket that Ireceived. The brisket was so incredibly dry that it was inedible. Didn?t have pulled pork at 12pm. Substituted with brisket(which again was terrible) without asking. Got the drink wrong. Super slow service. Please do not go to this location. Read more
The two works are mean and rude. I asked for no meat and they put meat took it back the baked potatoe and they talked very... rudely to me .
