If zero stars was an option, I would pick that. We ordered a pizza 45 minutes before closing time, we were told, once we drove... to the store, that our order had been canceled. A manager met us outside the store and told us that they closed at 11:30PM. Weexplained that we had ordered a pizza and were here to pick it up. I am appalled at the customer service at this location?we ordered a pizza online before closing and once we arrived (before... closing) the person working took ten minutes to come to the door (still before closing) then proclaimed the store was closed forat least 45 minutes (before closing). The man was not understanding whatsoever and said it was ?his store? and that they wereclosed. Pizza is always great, no problems there. My problem is with the curbside pickup option when ordering online. The last few times... I have asked for curbside pickup, but wait about 10 minutes after checking in and I always end up going inside and having to askfor my pizzas. What's up with that? Gave me raw pizza dough :( And when I called the employee was totally out of it and making fun of it. And the manager had... nothing to say about it. Me and my coworkers buy about $60 worth of pizza (plus good tips and free drinks) every week. And igive y'all good jokes too. Shaking my head. If i could give negative stars I would. Worst experience ever? ordered delivery and had to send my husband for it and was told it was just out the over and was hard as... cardboard called and the manager wouldn?t even give me his name and said he can be a d*** because it?s his store and he does nothave to give his name.
