Delicious food! Really appreciated all the options, especially the quinoa & cabbage instead of rice or noodles. They catered... well to our allergies & food preferences. Wonderful service by Allison & Arty. Mike the manager was friendly as well. Thisplace was so good that we went 2 nights in a row while in town. Wish we had a Genghris Grill near Waco so we could visit moreoften! Read more

Came in the morning and I had a really a wonderful time. Right when we walked in the door we were greeted with smiles and... everyone had great customer service. The food smelled great & tasted so amazing. We were checked on frequently but not too muchto where it?s annoying, just the right amount. The manager Vanessa even stopped to check in to make sure we were content. Feltvery welcomed and the service was the best I?ve had in awhile from a restaurant. Will definitely be back, it was awesomeexperience. ???? Read more

The service is slow. It's not busy and still slow. I was sent to the bar for to go, which is expected at any place. I have been... serviced at the front a the other times I've came to this location. When I get to the bar the bartender is slow to get to me,even though she was attending the only 2 guests that were there. When it comes to food, it shouldn't sit there and let thesizzle or heat leave the food. Both the server and bartender were not there. Then, randomly both show up. It's not like they hadmuch going on, since they just moved slow. I've always seen places where people slack, and this is one of them and they expectto get tipped out. If it wasn't for the food then I'd never show up here again. Read more

Although the servers were nice the service was slow. There was hardly anyone there and it took quite awhile to get our food. ... I?m surprised more people don?t mention the price. I miss the old genghis where you got a bigger bowl and the dry seasoningsinstead of thick syrupy ones. The tiny and I mean small bowl they give you for the meat and veggies is just way too small forthe price.$17.00! The server asked if we wanted eggs in our bowl. .50 an egg and they don?t tell you that when asking. Iasked for cauliflower rice and that is a $2.00 up charge. So $20 a bowl for Ingredients that did not look fresh. So with tipand you. Order a drink will be over $25 for one person that will most likely leave hungry. This used to be a great place toeat when the idea first came out. If changes are not made I see this chain not lasting. It?s hard to find a good affordableplace to eat nowadays. The place did look clean and the bathrooms were very well maintained as well. Read more

Update: I upgraded this Genghis from 2 to 4 stars because they improved on almost everything when I visited again recently. The... wait time for the food and drink refills was much less and the food was good and the place was cleaner. The food was okay, thewait time was excessive, Christian (our server) was nice. I don't mind wearing gloves but if you are going to require gloves atleast make sure you have clean trays and are not out of hand sanitizer, the gloves requirement just seemed like a facadeconsidering the lack of concern for basic restaurant cleanliness.
