Visited was from Louisiana over to friends house for the game! Very rude and disrespectful ladies at the bar! Got mad at me... because I changed my order! Was with a group of 3 . There attitudes were so nasty we decided to leave, and I still didn?t get myburger paid for it and all, I even refused to call and ask for my money back let alone the food! So y?all be blessed with that!That?s just how terrible I was treated! Then had the nerve to ask me what I was looking at the blonde head one the Burnett wasthe one who got her all upset ! Because the cowboys was at the bar huh ? Learn how to treat people with the same respect yourgiving! Having a nasty attitude like that make business look bad. Great food great service clean restaurant. The bathrooms were exceptionally clean with a very modern sink and hand dryer built... into the faucet. Not actually never seen one of those the first couldn't find how to dry my hands! I waitress was extremelyprofessional and courteous five stars all the way we will be going back!!! Read more

Jakes was a great spot for lunch on a Saturday. Hubby ordered the breakfast burger with patty, egg, ham and more. I opted for... the bacon blue. Both were excellent. I love that the blue cheese was chunky, but also saucy for an ooey gooey yummyexperience. My burger was pretty messy, but our waitress was one step ahead and had brought extra napkins :) Service wasexcellent. Facility was clean! Fun atmosphere. Wish the patio was open! Kids both ordered chicken tenders and fries. The reasonfor dropping a star was the fries and onion rings were both over cooked. Our youngest, who prides herself on being a chickentender expert, was not happy with her tenders. I thought they looked juicy and delish. Figured it was time to try this place out. Went on a Friday and there wasn?t much of a wait. Friendly staff, they even explained... a few recent changes to their menu and offered to comp the updated item if we didn?t care for their new take on it. Food arrivedrelatively fast, cooked to order and tasty. Manager stopped by to ask our opinion of the updated items, but we were happilysatisfied so we paid up. Burgers don?t let down here, tho if poppy seeds aren?t your thing, I believe you can ask for a regularbun or even go bun-less if you?re counting carbs or prefer a lettuce wrapped burger instead. Excellent service and delicious food! My patty melt had spicy sauce on it, so I couldn't eat it. My server kindly offered to... bring out a new one and it was yummy! Kat was helpful and sweet! Negative: fried green tomatoes are supposed to be green. Plus too spicy for me to eat. My grilled chicken salad with avocado was... served in a metal bowl like a dog food bowl not appealing at all. Plus the inside of my avocado slices were black. Neutral: theAtkins burger and dog were pretty good but husband said the chili tasted like it came from a can. Positive: our sweet potatofries were really good just plain no marshmallow or cinnamon sugar. And my husband wings were pretty good also. Staff andmanagement is very friendly and attentive were ate about 4:30. I just found out afterwards that the fried green tomatoes couldhave been ordered with a less spicy batter. Had a taste for a good burger. Tried the Jakes off 161 in Grand Prairie. Hostess was courteous and seated me immediately. My... server was training a newbie and both were exceptional. Tried the fried cauliflower and was pleasantly surprised. I ordered the#1 with the regular bun and it was really good. I had the sauce on the side but dipped a few bites and it was pretty good bothways. The strawberry shake was yummy!!! Wasn't sure how good service would be out on the patio but the service was great.
