If you want to be told it?s an unfortunate day for you by an employee come to this location. I am beyond upset by my experience... today. I received a BOGO coupon through the app and drove 30 minutes to this Jamba Juice since it?s the closest one to me sothat I could use my coupon. After arriving, I placed my order and said I had a coupon, the employee without a name tagimmediately started laughing behind his mask and the cashier Michael R told us the system wasn?t working today for me to use thecoupon. I explained to him we drove far and that we wanted to receive points and use our coupon as it expired today for ourpurchase, and he responded with ?it?s an unfortunate day for you.? We asked if there was any other possible way to use ourcoupon or type in a code or get another coupon to use another day, but as they told us? it was a very unfortunate day for us.Very upset, do not come here! Wanted a hearty healthy breakfast and this Vanilla Sky Smoothie Bowl came through! Fresh berries, granola and coconut flakes on... top of a silky, smooth not to sweet vanilla, blue spirulina (??) and fruit blended to creamy perfection! Friendly staff andplace looked clean. I love jumba juice my one and only complaint is I can taste banana in everything( yuck) please clear your machines better.
