First time here I love 6 catfish nuggets with hush puppies french fries

This is use to be the spot I would love to go to but... they are rude now and must have another cook because it doesn't taste... the same at all... PLEASE DONT EVER GET THE DIRTY RICE.... its not dirty rice it's just rice with chicken and oil and it dry...the catfish isn't catfish it'd swai.... the gumbo was actually ok... but the food is not the same as it was 2 years ago...please fire the cook because you will lose business Read more

If you have not eaten here, your missing out. The catfish is perfect. The corn bread is perfectly applied and cooked. The... breading to fish ratio is spot on and the oil they use does not over power the taste. Plus the breading sticks to the fish. Iam not a seasoned fries fan, but they sprinkle just enough and it only adds a little flavor. The hush puppies are sticks, and assuch they cook even all they eat through. I absolutely love Mason?s! My favorite is the fried catfish nuggets. The homemade lemonade is absolutely amazing! The wings... are another all time favorite. The burgers, colossal shrimp and pork chops are also delicious favorites. The price isexcellent for the quality food. The customer experience is spot on al well! Read more

Only giving this place a 3 star rating because I know they can do better. Today, just wasn't the day to order catfish & shrimp... platter. Both items are very dry,the fries seem fresher than the seafood. I did order two platters, I also received the 2 linkswhich were cooked very well and fresh tasting. Read more
