You never know what you're gonna get when you go to this McDonald's. They'll either get your order right or they'll mess it up.... By how much they'll mess it up depends on luck as well. Could be an incorrect sauce or the entire order. I recommend you checkyour order before leaving whether you pick up or go through drive through. Also the turnover rate for employees looks veryhigh. There's an entire new group of people working back there at least every 2 months, so expect the usual new hires to mess upyour order. Nov 22, 2022 Update; ordered a black iced latte with no cream and sugar and the guy who took my order looked at medisgustingly when he got the order wrong and asked me to correct it before snatching it from my hand. My children asked for buffalo hot sauce for their chicken nuggets. We paid for 40 chicken nuggets as they were sharing. Tell me... why, we only recieved one sauce at the time of pickup. My child had to go ask for another one. Then as obviously it was notenough. They went to ask for another single mind you one. My child was told one more we would have to pay for. STINGY!! What theheck we spent around $36-37 but we cant get enough sauce?!? We are passing through from Fort Worth never had we had an issuegetting a sauce packet. Pathetic! Read more
Even when the line is super long, they get you through it pretty quickly. They are always very friendly and my fries are always... hot! Read more
This mcdonald's is amazing, I would say this place as come a long way since since the new management, even the crew looks... happier, I had time to spare so I decided to dine-in. The nice lady in greeted me when I came in and when I got to the frontcounter every employee in front greeted me as well then the shift manager who had on a pink shirt took my order and it was theso quick and nice.I order a large double quarter with a sprite. They always get my order incorrect. Sad & bad customer service & bad communication. I've only incountered 2 employees with... amazing customer service. (I personally thanked them for a great experience) Everyone else looks like they hate their job. Read more
Employees are very rude. Went there for a late night Uber pick up, Employees saw me at the window and didn't even bother to come... and say sorry but we're closed. The guy just kept dancing and the manager just walked by yelling we're closed in a bad attitude. Read more
Waited 25 minutes on the drive thru line. Finally got up to the speaker and 5 cars that were behind me were asked their order... on the other speaker. Door dash was quicker then the drive thru Read more
This McDonald's is falsifying reviews. One of the managers will go the Metro by T-Mobile down the road on Main Street every so... often and use the display phones and unclaimed McD receipts to give themselves favorable reviews, since I guess the McDonald'ssite tracks IP addresses she has to use different devices. She'll even bribe the store workers with food so that they'llcooperate. Read more
