Just got home with our large 3 topping pizza. I've never ordered from Mr.Jims before and I never will again. I didn't want to... order from Domino's or Pizza Hut because they're no better.. but our pizza was dry as can be. All dough and toppings werescarce. Order a medium cheese pizza? after about 45 min we finally get it. Hard as a rock and burnt. Called the store for a refund and... wanted a new pizza. First guy transferred me to a number that went straight to vm. Hung up and called back and got a lady ( whowas nice) but as soon as I told her I ordered through the Uber app she didn?t want to hear anything, told me I had to contactUber for a refund.
