Just got home with our large 3 topping pizza. I've never ordered from Mr.Jims before and I never will again. I just love how when there's a royal screw up, a so-called mgr can be so nasty, unprofessional & refuse to give a name yet the... company claims to care for customer satisfaction. Just sad! Order a medium cheese pizza? after about 45 min we finally get it. Hard as a rock and burnt. Called the store for a refund and... wanted a new pizza. First guy transferred me to a number that went straight to vm. Hung up and called back and got a lady ( whowas nice) but as soon as I told her I ordered through the Uber app she didn?t want to hear anything, told me I had to contactUber for a refund. So I didn?t get a replacement pizza and now I have to wait for Uber to contact me to get a refund. Not happy,won?t order again. Read more

I ordered 3 large pizza?s last night. When I received at 935 pm last night it was dry as can be. I think they actually forgot to... put pizza sauce on the pizza. When it was delivered it was not as hot as it should be. I tipped ahead of time but what a wasteof $50. Update- I emailed twice as instructed by ownership! Received no response from ownership! Recently ate at the one in Aledo. Pizza was delicious. Was in Grand Prairie today and saw one so I decided to order online.... However I think the location may be new because it would not pull up on the list of locations to order from. All coupons anddiscounts are online and they are kinda pricey without them so I went inside to see if they could help me. I was told I couldonly get a discount if I ordered online but when I showed the guy that I couldn?t place an online order because their locationwasn?t listed he didn?t try to help so I just left without getting anything. Guess they don?t need my little $. May try the onein Aledo again if I?m ever back out that way. Nice, helpful, courteous staff at the Aledo location.
