So I am here now, I ordered a papadia and it was so dry barely had toppings on it, and when i said what is this the young lady... looked at illme and laughed which I didn't find funny at all. This Papa John's on Lake Ridge Grand Prairie TX 75052 has become the most horrible of eatries...we have been using this Papa... John's for 21 years and never have we seen it deteriorate so bad to the point that a staff will hang up on customers not oncebut twice...Staffs Clarice/Larice who claims to be the manager (she is not) and Shanon who is supposedly the night manager buthas no business working there...these 2 have the with the very worst of attitude, arw extremely rude and you cannot and shouldnot them with anything you eat. Staff here are usually great...but these two are totally unprofessional, have zero customerservice and I will not trust them not to put nasty stuff in your pizza/drink/food. Will no longer order from this Papa John'sPizza eatery. The public is advised to be extremely careful anytime these two work, great thing everything is on tape. Ordered a veggie and a create your own, both medium. Create your own had canadian bacin, chicken, mushroin, onion and tomato.... Both pizzas were on reg crust which was unbelievably soggy. As far as the toppings go for both pizzas, not all toppings were onall slices. And there were barely any toppings on the pizzas. I will never order from papa John's again. This was a serious ripoff. Wow what a difference. The first Shaq pizza is from Friday and the second one is from Sunday...two days later once the general... manager provided some outstanding customer service. They have the best, buffalo wings made in the oven they are so tender and delicious, love the cinnamon bites, thin crust pizza... is best less carbs. It's always chaotic in the place only reason for 4 stars the food is great but really need to work oncustomer service busy or not they should provide better service. I will still continue to give them my business but please workon customer service in really hate to go other places for pizza just because of this problem. Read more
