1st the order is placed for the incorrect time, it?s acknowledged that it was an error on my end. The error is noticed... immediately after the order is placed. We contact the store to ask if an accommodation can be made, what accommodation you mayask, that they simply make and deliver the pizza at a later time today. My request is denied because ?the pizza is already inthe oven.? Okay cool getting the pizza earlier than anticipated. Not the end of the world, right? WELL?as I?m watching thispizza tracker it says you?re delivery is on its way and I can expect it to arrive at 3:30pm. I call at 4pm inquiring into thestatus of my order. I?m then told by the manager that ?oh, we cancelled your order? WHAT?!! WHY? Well you said you wanted it fora later time?and that nobody was gonna be there so we cancelled it. Did I ask you to cancel? Nope. The calls are apparentlymonitored and recorded?soooo. The manager then says fine, we will remake the order and send it out. Okay great rectifying thissituation. WRONG!!! I then receive a callback from PizzaHut stating they cannot recharge the card and that I will have to repayand can expect to receive the refund from the cancelled order in 2-4 business days! I would like to say I just ordered and Alex has the best customer service ever, he was very helpful and Donavan helped as well.... Thank you guys and the reviews do not reflect these guys. I ordered my pizza at 2:22pm. I made about 5 diff calls till about 4:30 about how my pizzas were still not delivered. Everyone I... talked to would say "one second we will transfer you to a manager". Got an e-mail from Pizza Hut today letting me know my order was being prepared. I live in Washington, this Pizza Hut is in... Texas. Never ordered anything from them. The name in the e-mail wasn't even my name. Called to make sure I wasn't gettingcharged as my card info is saved in my Pizza Hut profile online. Delivering and customer service is very horrible. Taylor who claims to be the General Manager is very unprofessional and lacks... customer service skills. Do not recommend ordering from this location. I waited 2.5 hours for my food . Called the location for40 minutes. Was told that the door dash driver canceled my order because my phone number was wrong, but my address was correct.The girl at the desk said they would remake my order . After waiting 20 minutes , the same girl came out and said Taylorwouldn?t let her remake my order because the dasher canceled my order . The tracker showed that my order was delivered, it wasnt. Was given a 45/50 minute wait, ended up getting almost 2 hours. I live 5 minutes away from the store I ordered from and it still... took me 25 minutes to get my food. The pizza I got was cool to the touch, the crust was flat and it was so tough I almostcouldn't take a bite. I paid 50 dollars for this order and could probably have had a better one if i'd gotten a frozen one fromWalmart for 5 bucks. Read more
Ordered pizza & wings. Site indicated 35-45 min estimated delivery time. 1 hr and 15 mins later tracker indicated hot pizza out... for delivery ( I live 1.6 miles from store). After half hour called store to find out where my order was. Then about 10 minslater was delivered no longer hot and top of box had been mashed into pizza. PH charges for deland can't do any better.
