This Pizza Hut has gone down hill a lot. Order on-line and had it delivered. The delivery person never knocked at the door and... just left the order, but forgot the Gralic dipping sauce. (I will talk about that later) So I called the store and the person onthe phone got an attitude about the missing garlic dipping sauce, which she finally says she'll send a driver backed out with it30 minutes later the sauce is final here and it is disgusting. Will not be buying from this place ever again. To anyone incorporate , you need to clean house and quickly. Read more
I ordered a large thin crust pizza and 2 orders of the small cinnamon rolls. My pizza was cold and they didn't get my cinnamon... rolls. So I called the store and they sent me 1 order of cinnamon rolls and wanted me to pay cash for them even though it wasn'tmy fault. Read more
I order pizza for the family. 3 med pepperoni pizzas ?. For starters, they are always busy but poor staff skills. Not... presentable in their uniform. They ran out of medium boxes so our pizza was placed in a large box. I do believe due to the pizzacrust coming on the truck frozen and NOT prepared fresh as they advertise. The crust was extremely hard and dry. The sauce wasold and had a spoil taste. The cheese was old. Even though you can clearly see them along pizza. It tasted like the good wasreheated old, no flavor. I requested my money back. The customer service rep. Had no apology no remorse and didn?t care. Theprice that is requested for the pizza and service is outrageous?. At first I had a hard time placing my order online. It prompted me to call the store to do so. Well since I was in the... neighborhood i decided to stop by. Not only did Cera give me the online deal....she even helped carry my food out so I didn'thave to wake my two year old who was sleeping in my arms. I love Pizza Hut Pizza. It's always quality and they get it right. And pizza NEVER looks sloppy made- like in a hurry.
