This place was not busy. We ordered on the app. Just drinks. When the guy brought out our drinks hair was attached to the lid of... one of the drinks. Plus he brought out too many drinks. On the positive side he was kind and fixed the problem. Look out forhair on your cups. Read more

What a horrible place! This location SHAMES the Sonic brand. I drove to this location on 1/2/22 around 7:20 pm. I attempted... to pull into the drive thru since it appeared that every single carside slot was full. The drive thru was blocked off bycones. I waited for someone to leave. I pressed the red button and was immediately told "We're not taking orders". I foundthat odd since every stall was full. I pressed the red button again and was told the same thing with no opportunity torespond. I finally pressed it again and asked for a manager. The person on the intercom named Jourrey said the manager wastoo busy to come out. I asked if someone could bring me the manager's business card and she said no. I asked what themanager's name was and she refused to give it to me. I asked again for the manager's information and Jourrey, who was VERYrude, repeatedly asked "What's the problem?". I asked for the manager and Jourrey never responded. A carhop named Jonathanwho was very polite passed by and I asked him for his manager's name. He said Grace. I thanked him. I pressed the buttonagain and asked for Grace to bring me a business card or direct me to the information for her general manager. Jourreyimmediately came out. I read her name tag and wrote it down. She told me Grace was too busy to come out and asked what theproblem was. I asked why they were not taking orders. By this time, more than 1/2 of the stalls had emptied and thedrive-thru was still blocked by cones. Jourrey said they stopped taking orders because they were too busy. I pointed to theempty stalls and said there was hardly anyone here anymore and she said they were still too busy. The time was now 7:42 pm. Iasked what time they closed and she said 10 pm. I went last night to the Sonic on Camp Wisdom and purchased 3 chicken slingers. When I got home I started to eat one and the... chicken and bun were hard. I then opened up the other 2 slingers and the inside buns were burnt and really hard. I was nevergiven my receipt so I didn't call to get it fixed. I've had these slingers from other locations and they are always good. I'mnot sure why this location was different. Read more
