So I just paid $10 for a chilli cheese ToT w/jalapeño and cup of ice water What I got wasn't what I order! Chilli tot... overloaded with pepper May that why they did see they skipped the cheese the ice had no water! I had to screen my order Iguessing the head sets need charged or replaced... I only took the time cause this the second time they've messed up my orderspeaking of time when I asked for my receipt it had the time I requested the it not the time I ordered my food.. if I had guessagain they knew they messed up, from previous work history my exact receipt could have been reprinted..???? Horrible customer service. Staff is rude & always makes it seem that your an inconvenience. I always order from this location... since it's the closest to my home & it never fails to receive bad customer service. I'm gonna have to see myself to anotherSonic even it's further. Just sad. Order a chicken sandwich and it was a little chicken flavored piece of cardboard that was over cooked and the fries were old... burnt and cold unsalted and limp. Do not recommend this location after being a 35 year customer. If this is still Mark's store,he should be ashamed of himself for being greedy and selling fake food. Read more
I haven't been here in years. The burgers were juicy and had plenty of tomatoes, lettuce, and not a whole lot of onions. Which... is the way I like it. We went on a Saturday night around 9. We got our food really quick and everything was fresh and hot. Thisis going to be our new go to place for burgers. Enjoy! Read more

I visited this particular Sonic location today and after pressing the red button with signals employees to take your order I... waited and watched everyone around me make their orders even people that pulled in after I push my red button continue to waitlong enough cause me to lose my appetite for Sonic Drive-In. I was parked right in front of the window at the kitchen by theway. Terrible Read more
Experienced technical difficulties with the screen order and the managerial staff were very rude. On top of everything my food... was also cold when it came out. The assistant manager woman that talked to me was extremely rude and not helpful at all. Read more
