If I could rate 0 stars I would. Never answer the stalls or drive thru speaker so you have to drive to window just to order and... they always have an attitude. So if your looking for quick food service like other sonics don?t go to this one! Read more

If you?re looking for a quick bite and great service, go to ANY other fast food place nearby. Had trouble hearing a girl after... pressing the button and when I tried to ask what she said I got no answer and was left to wait 15 minutes before they turned offmy kiosk. Clicked the button again to ask what happened and I hear VERY CLEARLY ?I?m sorry we?re only taking drive thru now?watched people leave without their food from the drive thru and decided not to take my chances and risk wasting the rest of mylunch break. This has happened on 3 other occasions now at different times in the afternoon. Not sure why this Sonic locationdoesn?t serve food between 11:30 and 2:45. Update: called your number after another incident. This time I waited 15 minutes andwatched as someone else came in, parked, and was immediately served while I still waited to place an order. All they could dowas offer a coupon (that would only be available on the sonic app). Not sure what good a coupon would be at a location thatdoesn?t take your order. Read more

Worst Sonic hands down. Spent 35 minutes in the drive thru, half of that sitting at the speaker with nobody responding. There... was two other cars in line in front of me and both of them eventually left without getting anything. Witnessed them turn thelights on right at dark for about 30 seconds, then turn them back off for good. They?d rather pretend to be closed than take anorder. Don?t do it to yourself, stay away! By far the worst sonic I?ve ever been to. There?s no reason to have to wait 40 minutes for 3 chilli cheese conies. At first I... thought the woman I saw walking out orders was doing it all by herself, only to see at least 4 workers seemingly doingnothing. There?s no excuse for it. I know I won?t be coming back to this one and I advise nobody else does either cause thisseems to be the average at this location. Read more

I received my order missing 3 items and I asked for no mustered I got mustard on every hotdog, really really bad experience and... I live 15 min away i checked my order only when I got home. But still it?s not my fault. Went back didn?t get anything from them, got treated like I never there and I don?t Exist. Read more

Overall, the food was good. Service was very poor. Our party was in two stalls. We arrive at the same time. We waited at least... 20 mins to get a response (for one car). We got our food...let them know we have another car in the next stall. Staff said ok.We still waited. Car on the other side pulled up got order placed. Our 2nd car still waiting. My husband got out and let themknow we never got our order placed. The lady says that stall is broke. Omg right. Then had to proceed to the drive thru. I'mjust saying help us help you. Let us know you are really short staff. Please post which stall(s) are broken. I have a kind heartfor hard workers which I know you are. I know a lot of establishments are short staffed. Great job Antwan! He is definitely the kind of employee you appreciate working the late night shift-especially on a holiday like... 4th of July which is the night we stopped by for a late night snack after the fireworks shows. He was great and he really takeshis job seriously. He didn?t rush through our order and made sure he double checked every item. On top of that, he wished us aHappy Fourth. That?s the type of customer service you hope for and don?t always receive right before closing. He is a greatasset because of the character he exhibits, especially when you think no one is watching.
