So this is my fav Starbucks, I ordered through the drive-thru on 11/11/22 between 2-209pm. The female that was at the window... asked me if I wanted to leave a tip. Really threw me off. Not sure if this is Starbucks new policy. Well I told her ?not today?and she handed me my order and gave me my cc back, I said ?thank you?. I guess I was suppose to ask for no foam I got a small serving of the actual frappuccino it was like cold milk I was like what... is this they have fixed way better frappuccinos and had some type of ice to it. I am from out of town. I went there this morning to get my fall usual drink a venti iced shake espresso, no classic substitute... pumpkin and light almond milk. When I pulled off it tasted very different then I am used to. When I went back in they nicelyexplained the drink to me without arguing with me about my order. The explanation also included some question to ensure theywould make the drink correctly. The remake was perfect, the manager on duty did give me a gift card and apologized which threwme off guard, but was a very sweet gesture and I will definitely visit again due to their kindness and patience. The staff are polite and friendly but the wait for an order is CRAZY long. Ordered 2 grande drinks and sat for 20+ minutes in... the lobby. When we finally asked about our drinks, they had the wrong name on them. Only giving a 2 star because the staff wasnice. I wouldn't stop here for coffee again. Read more
I just moved to DFW and I work remotely, so I'm constantly looking for a Starbucks to sit in and work. Back home I had my... "go-to" Starbucks. This location is a close second to that Starbucks simply because staff makes you feel very welcomed andacknowledged. I will definitely be coming back more often. Read more
Line was extra long...they gave me broke banana nut bread...but my coffee is good. Lol. 6/29/22: scheduled a meeting here at... 10:30a it is now 2:00p and we've just finished. Amazing time at Starbucks. I had the Strawberry Acai Lemonade which wasdelicious!! As you can see in the picture it was half gone by the time I took it, but I always love Starbucks as a meetingplace! Long wait and I haven?t ever came to this location my Frappuccino I ordered was watery and melted from the time I had been... waiting I asked if they could make me this drink I had been ordering at my normal location and what they made was not even atall close to my drink completely wrong ???? and when I asked then polite even after I tipped they gave me this I Literallywasted 20 bucks for two drinks for what????
