Great location. We switched to this Starbucks about a year ago and it still never misses. Never a missed order or anything... (knock on wood, right?). It can be a bit slow sometimes but they're understaffed so wait times are understandable. Read more
My biggest gripe about this Starbucks location is their lack of space for a drive through line. Cars have to wait on Belt line... Rd (very large busy st) and I have seen several rear end collisions and near misses occur due to the back up that this drivethrough causes. There have also been several times where the store was out of many items (although they are nice enough to letyou know with a sign before you order). I enjoy the nitro brew coffee so that's why I give up to 3 stars. ???? Read more
I ordered a cold brew coffee and received a lot of foam with it. I will not be going to Starbucks anymore. Too many times have I... gone and received mediocre beverages at best. For $4+ per drink, I expect better quality. I don?t make my order complicated,venti cold brew, light almond milk and 2 pumps of hazelnut. I know the place is busy but I am not willing to spend any moremoney for mess ups or absence of quality control from their employees. Read more
Our Cockrell hill location was closed for remodeling so we went a bit further down to this location. Ordered ahead but drive... thru was pretty long. Since we didn?t want to stick out into the street we went ahead and parked and went inside. My wifeordered an item and our pre order drinks came out about the same time. I honestly don?t know what was wrong with night crew Friday November 18 ? around 9:00 pm but it was completely unacceptable. I... had received the wrong drink with a whole different name on it half full don?t know if it was someone else?s that they weredrinking and they mistaken it for my drink but it was a completely different from what I ordered it was even hot brûlée latteand I ordered an iced Carmela macchiato ! if it?s night and they are slow whats with the mixup with two completely differentdrinks the worst part is I ordered a sausage egg and cheese biscuit and it came completely COLD they didn?t attempt to cook itAT ALL ???
