Afternoon and evening baristas are the best!!! BUT Morning baristas rush making the orders (understandably because the lines are... long), and are often sloppy in making orders, resulting in coffees that taste harsh and unbalanced. Read more
Went through the drive thru and I was waiting 10 mins with ONLY 2 cars in front of me!!!!! By the time I made it to the window... my Frappuccino was melted. I had basically iced coffee with no ice when that?s not what I ordered! Ridiculously slow for noreason! They weren?t even busy!!! It was only 1 car behind me. So 4 cars total (in case your not comprehending manager/owner) 10mins!! Unacceptable. Will NOT be returning. I see why this place has received so many bad reviews! Oh, and the frap wasdisgusting! It was supposed to be a pumpkin spice frap, first time I have EVER not liked it and I buy them EVERY YEAR! Read more
Waited in drive thru for 20 mins to get my drink, not an abnormal time frame, yet, a dissapointment again, this time much less... coffee than the last time. My drink was 3/4 full, they could at least add more ice to compensate the lack of cold brew. I amposting a review because this is the third time this happens to me at the same store. Read more
One of the slowest Starbucks I?ve ever been to. I even asked the cashier politely if there was a reason it was slow, he said he... didn?t know. He was not short staffed and there was not a long line. When I pulled up there were two cars ahead of me and nonecame behind. I saw they each got one drink. Ridiculous. I got one drink. It was 4 pm on a Friday. Read more
I always order a cappuccino with extra wet foam, the regular amount of foam that is used in the cappuccinos already takes up... half of the cup so that's why I order it with extra wet foam that way I get a full cup of coffee and most of the time whenever Icome over here my coffee is always wrong so now I'm going to be checking my coffee before I leave. Literally just went throughthe drive thru and only one other car was in line so it's not like they were super busy and made an honest mistake. Read more
Came here for some coffee (obviously) and it?s quite a busy place, the wait for take out is never too short not too long wait... time was about 3 minutes, really respectful employees (at-least in the morning). Hard working people I can tell you that. Read more
i?ve gone here multiple times and they also take forever whenever i order through the front and not mobile. I went there today... 11/18/2022, i ordered my 2 drinks and food. i got one drink and my food but i was still waiting for my other drink. i mentionedto one lady that i?m waiting on my drink and she said give us a minute we?re working on it. so i said okay, then more orderswent by and not mine. so then i asked the guy member and he said the same thing. but he was the only thing who did somethingabout my drink to make it ?on the fly?. they had to scroll through the ipad to find my drink and to show that they never madeand how far passed they have gone since it was way up. after all of that i got the drink and it was wrong!! i will call andleave a complaint and let management know as well!
