The guy in charge didn't acknowledge me when I walked in. It took a long time to get my food because the girl was fixing food... disappeared for too long in my opinion. When I did get my food, the guy in charge calls name and puts food on counter and walksoff quickly. When I realized I didn't get extra cheese, he sees me with my food about four times and totally ignores me until Isaid excuse me and explained to him what was wrong. The lobby tables are also dirty and no one came to clean tables for awhile.In my era, my boss did not play any of this and we would be fired. This location definitely needs new management and employeesneed to be taught customer service skills. I would fire everyone who was here during my visit here this morning minus theemployees who came in after I finished eating. Read more
This is the worst taco bell I have ever been to. First of all my food was cold. 2 nd of all I paid for guacamole and didn't... receive it. If you have a problem doing ur job until it is time for the store to close maybe u should find another job. Read more
It's a miracle this place is still in business. They have the worst staff. The day time manager is unprofessional and lazy as... can be. I don't know how on earth he was selected to run a crew. He probably can't tie his own shoes yet. He is always tellingcustomers to order at the kiosk so he doesn't have to strike a few buttons on the cash register. Most of those folks are elderlypeople who aren't too tech savvy. He purposely ignores customers who have to stand there waiting for help. Only to be greetedwith "you can order on the kiosk." Who ever hired that little guy needs to fire him and then fire themselves immediatelyafterwards. I have been to many Taco Bell locations and this is the worst one by leaps and bounds. They always end up messing up my order when I go here. I ask and "pay" for extra sauce on my burrito, and barely get any sauce... on it at all. Tastes like a dry burrito. I have to ask for it on the side and make sure I get sauce then add it to the burrito.Today I asked for extra sauce and paid for it and there was NO SAUCE. Update: 1 year later decided to order here again. Orderedextra nacho cheese on my burrito they charge me and when I bite into the burrito it tasted like dry beef and rice why am Icharged extra and getting less!?!? Update year 3: they still never put sauce on anything and short you on everything you orderside of nacho cheese, nachos they don't give you sour cream, and drink is flat and if you ask for no ice they don't fill it up... We did not get the hot sauce we asked for, but overall the prices are very reasonable and the food is decent. Obviously this is... a taco bell and does not compete with higher end restaurants however for a taco bell I think 4 stars is fair. Read more
I cannot believe what just happened. This is by far the worst service I have ever experienced. I had a simple order of a bean... and beef burrito so I could get some small protein after the gym. You won't believe what I received, but a picture says 1000words. The food was not even wrapped, and on top of that it was definitely not the proportion it should be. When I drove homeand opened the bag I immediately drove back to taco bell, they tried to offer me cash for my credit card purchase and to makemore food. As if I would take anything from this store after what they tried to give me initially, they probably spit in thefood!? These kids destroyed my experience with Taco Bell and truely broke my trust as a consumer. Read more
????Who ever prepped this Powerbowl tonight has beyond impressed me, they took the time to make everything look amazing in a... container I still haven't gotten used to. This is my go to Taco bell, and not once have I been disappointed here. They are kind,sound like they enjoy their job and that's the reason we keep coming back. Even if sometimes we don't get our combos in it'soriginal box... with this kind of effort in making it look good and so organized, how can I be mad.
