10/24/22 Staff are rough around the edges but service is always good. Problem is, there has always been an issue with the food.... Today, our waffles were hard as bricks. We called the store directly but no one answered. We called corporate but no answer orvoicemail however, were directed to their website. The website offers options to select but no option to submit those selectionsnor anywhere to express concerns. How can you be called Waffle House if the waffles are trash. This isn?t acceptable. What I like most is how consistent they are no matter who the cook is. So I went this morning before work to get the 2 egg and cheese meal add ham in eggs, hashbrowns add ham and cheese! Everything... looked good until I got to work off great southwest in grand prairie. This review is solely regarding online orders. Not only can you no longer have the option of placing a phone order. The prices... are higher, then they charge you $10 in To-go fees, plus they want you to leave a tip! Really! If they didn't charge $10 infees that could of gone to the people that deserve it, like your kitchen staff! Shame waffle house!! Read more
