Wendy's is great,but skimpy on the bacon on baconator,looks like one slice of bacon cut in two,other than that.it was great
Had not been to Wendy's in a very long time. Tried the strawberry frosty. Very tasty. Staff was very friendly. Service was good.

I placed a mobile order and the only way to pick it up was through the drive-thru. The lobby was not open. The drive-thru took a... long time because they were waiting on one car at a time and the line was wrapped around the building. Made an online order and got there and nobody brought my order out. Got off and door was locked but the workers were in there... chilling talking and laughing. I waited at least 15min for someone to finally open the door so I can get my order. All the timeI wasted while an employee could have easily taken orders out to people waiting outside on their online orders. Yeah I wasn?tthe only one. I ended up with cold food and the wrong order. Got regular nuggets instead of spicy and onions pickles andtomatoes when I asked for plain and dry. Fast food service has gone way down. Why is online ordering available if we still haveto get in a drive thru line to get our order? Make it make sense. Going back to dine in only places from now on. Read more
Martin at this location that wears glasses is very rude. Not good customer service at all. This location NEVER has nothing and... he is never enthusiastic. Always sounds like the customers are a issue. Shouldn?t be in customer service if the people are aissue. Told us he doesn?t have to serve us if we report him.
