This was by far the worst experience I have had at any whataburger. I pulled up to the drive-thru when I realized I did not have... my glasses. I said that I needed a second and was told to order when I was ready.. 10 seconds later I was asked was I ready, Isaid not yet. 2 seconds later a lady spoke saying she could not hear me. I slightly raised my voice to say I don't have myglasses and it will be a second longer when she cut me off and said you don't have to yell at me. I just wish them a good dayand left. If the customer service is that trashy, there is definitely No Love in the food. Read more

Terrible service . Went 6:30 am on Nov 12.waited over 10 mins and only 2 cars were in front of me. Then my meal was old bun was... all hard and cheese not even melted. I would not choose this WhataBurger Others yes but quility of service and taste of food iswell below average . I presume the manager was the white bald gentleman I saw. But not once he say sorry for the wait. No onedid. And if he thinks these wait times are acceptable then they need a. New manager cause he don't care. Read more

Stop by and picked up breakfast for my tailgate before the Cowboys game. Went inside and Mario was super helpful. Was able to... use a Whataburger rewards. Food came out hot and fresh and rather quickly. As you can see the picture, had the sausage breakfaston a bun but I like to add tomato. Whataburger reviews or some of the easiest because their food quality and service are prettyconsistent. Read more

For this to be a somewhat new location, I was very surprised at the dirtiness and the amount of flies that were inside. The... access doors were filthy floors look like they don?t get mopped. There seems to be enough staff to be able to accommodate whatshould be a clean facility. I mean that?s just a piece of the experience. I would go on, but I?m sure you understand the pointI?m trying to make. Manager sitting in the dining area associating with employees while there are duties to take care is not avery good impression. It took so long for us to get our food on the table, but was definitely worth the wait. We were so tired and hungry after a... concert and it was after 11pm. They also have the breakfast menu open from then till 11 in the morning the next day or so. So Ihad the Whatameal with the breakfast Burger in it. Whatameal only has the Burger, hashbrowns and the drink in it though. Irealized it later that it doesn't have French fries (when I asked the cashier she wasn't sure), but my friends were generousenough to share some fries with me????. Read more

I ordered online to avoid waiting. I?ve done it before and still had to wait. So now I ordered 17 min before arriving. App said... 7 min. I finally got there. Still had to wait another 10 min to get my order 27 mins later for 1 meal. Yea they upped the sizeon my onion rings but come on. Read more

What a burger is better than most fast food restaurants... But I think they are having trouble getting employees. Their forté... is special orders... They take them, they bill you the extras, and then don't follow through with the finished product... I havetired of going back, tired of having to check... the result is I go there less. Maybe only when I don't expect a special order. I must reiterate... others are worse or don't offer the options at all. Read more

This Whataburger is relatively new, quite clean, with friendly staff. My burger was excellent! Cooked just right, assembled... well, and tasted great. Manager's name is Russell Uzzaman and he is a super nice guy! Read more
