Where to begin. I ordered online. Got there and the cashier had no idea about my order. She said a "what had happened... was"...technician was working on their system and that must have caused my order to not show. Fortunately, I had the printedreceipt. So I wait for them to make it. Not a biggie, I can understand that. She reads the receipt confirms with me what Iordered (Mild Chicken Sandwich Combo). Tells me its ready. Does not give me a cup for the drink. (Strike 1) Then I pick up thebag which feels lite. There is no sandwich in the bag (Strike2). Then I wait again for them to make that. I leave with the foodonly to find the sandwich is inedible. It is without a doubt a piece of chicken they had already cooked and cooked it again(Strike 3). Poor customer service and abysmal food. I will not be going back. Read more
This place is the worst. I walked in and there was about 30+ plus people waiting for their orders. You asked an update for your... order and they would pretend to go check and tell you another ten minutes. I was there for 40 minutes til I was told there wasten orders in front of me. Mind you I order at 6:02 the time is 7:30. Why not be honest and tell me the wait time and let medecide to get a refund instead of keeping me waiting there. Read more
Worst Wingstop location! Placed an order at 6:42pm and it?s currently 8:38pm as I am writing this review and our order is still... not ready. Im rating this 1 star. They mess up an online order. They forgot to put the veggies and did not give us the whole 40 wings that... I order. Also, the honey mustard was spill all over the bag. I had to go all the way back to the store and speak to a manager.Since they put me on hold for a while. They need to be careful with customers orders. Read more
Ordered online and it said 15-20 minutes. I get there 20 minutes later and the guy says it will be another 10 minutes (okay... fine) 15 minutes later he?s calling out pick up names and mine is called and he gives me my bag that was there when i got there15 minutes ago? also when i get home obviously the food is cold from it sitting there but they also only gave us 8 of the 10wing combo we ordered. never again.
