They advertise, including on the exterior menu board they are open until 2 am. I went there at 1 am, and all the lights were on,... including menu boards and road sign. I sat at the call box for several minutes, no answer. Moved ahead to window, knocked. Noanswer. At this point, I'm concerned whether they are ok. Finally a kid is dancing in front of the window, with ear buds in,completely oblivious that by now a few people who were concerned are now watching him dance in the window. Finally I get themanager's attention, and explained there are four cars lined up trying to order, so if they are closing early, at least turn thelights off. She just shrugs and says, "oh well, we're closed." If you're going to close an hour early, and least be courteousand turn the exterior lights off so your customers aren't a) concerned for your safety, or b) sitting there waiting with noservice. Most of the time I'm ordering pickup from Grub Hub and more often than not something was wrong, but lately the food has been... hot and fresh, service on point, and using the coupons I get in the mail is amazing! Thanks again, of course I'll be back! P.S. Bring back the chocolate turnover, I loved that thing!! Read more

I wrote a horrible review about a yr ago and it was well deserved. Pleased to report that things have really changed. The... service has been great as has the food the last few visits I've made there. The big wigs must've seen all the negative feedbackand got to work fixing it. Well done Read more

So good. But very pricy. But it goes to show when there medium size stuff is McDonald's large size. Need I say more? They have a... lot of good things to try on there menu. If you cant have to much hamburgers then this is your place with the meat that isshaved down and good. No greasy food here. I had gotten the turkey wrap which was really good. And I always get there jamocashake which is so good. Read more

Ordered 2 salted caramel chocolate chip cookies. Apparently Arby's no longer makes them fresh. These cookies were thicker and... smaller and in a cellophane package. Although heated, these cookies were very dry and crumbly. In fact, when the team membertossed them from the back to the manager, one broke in half. The salt and caramel was barely evident. I couldn't find a best bydate on the package. Very disappointed. For what it's worth, I considered ordering a turnover but the four I saw were sitting onthe counter unwrapped and uncovered. I?m deeply disappointed in this store. I used to frequent this store often. I say used to, because after today I will -... unfortunately - have to find another one. My husband and kids went through the drive-thru for me and ordered his sandwich(Turkey, Ranch, & Bacon sandwich), the kids? orders, and mine (Turkey, Ranch, & WRAP with NO tomato (I?m allergic), extraranch). He receives the food, quickly checks to make sure all items are there - per usual for any drive thru order anywhere -and can?t help but notice the SANDWICH that had a modified ticket on it that reads ?wrap, no tomato, extra ranch). He has my songo in and show them the ticket says wrap, but received a sandwich. The manager tells the employee to make a new one, in whichthe employee argues he already did, manager insists he makes a new one. My husband brings the food home. Hearing this story, I?malready nervous about knowing an irritated employee made my food, but it has the modified ticket slip attached and is nowclearly a wrap. It?s not cut, nor is my husbands sandwich, but that?s not a big deal, whatever. After our first bites, hediscovers his sandwich had spicy mustard slathered all over it and isn?t what he ordered, and - to my horror - I bite into atomato! I spit it out and quickly take my prescription antihistamine as a precaution. I will admit I was upset, but I also feltthe need to call the store and and speak with the manager because I feel she needs to know her employees aren?t watching whatfood they make, or reading, for that matter. The woman who answered stated she was the manager, and I told her what hadhappened. She let me finish and responds, ?Sooo?that?s all you called for!?? in a voice indicative that she wasn?t interested,and I realized I was not speaking with a manager that gave a damn about customer service. The employees were rude and wanted to argue with me about the fact that the Coke was all carbonation. "We just changed it" okay... great but the system needs to be primed. Asked to dump the coke so I could get a different flavor and got attitude at that too.Dumped it in their machine, got Dr Pepper and had to make 2 trips to carry out my food because apparently drink carriers aren'tavailable. Definitely won't order for pickup inside ever again. Read more
