Ordered 2 hot drinks and 2 bagels at 8:20am. 2 cars ahead of me both got 1 drink. Pulled up to window at 8:30, 8:40 they opened... the window and said they were waiting on my bagels. 8:45 got my drinks, Luke warm. 9:00am I'm got my bagels. 40 mins?!?! This location has the slowest service on planet earth. Expect a 30-40 minute wait in the drive thru even if they aren?t busy.... Genuine kindness and basic customer service is very hit or miss. They also pride themselves on promoting a greener earth andreducing the carbon footprint but refuse to use any reusable tumblers you bring from home unless they have a biggby logo onthem. Almost every time I go there, I'm stuck in the drive thru line for 35-50 minutes. It's a running joke at our job about staying... away from this bigby because of how long it takes. It is the ONLY one in the city that takes on average 45 minutes to go throughthe drive-thru. I ask them why it takes so long and they just say they have a lot of bagels. I'm like ok..... But you're abreakfast/coffee shop..... How many toasters do you have? One? I just thought I'd leave a review because yesterday I heard alady yell at the cashier about waiting 45 minutes in line and I wanted to tell her it will be like that every time you comehere. I only go to this one because it's closest to my house and job. But after waiting AGAIN for almost an hour in lineyesterday, I am not going here anymore. I've been to this location several times where it said it was open, but had a printed note on the drive-thru speaker box saying... that it was closed or had closed early. When they are open, they're literally the slowest biggby ever. After 5 minutes, they'veonly moved one car through the drive-thru. It took 15 minutes to make my iced coffee. Someone needs to step in to correct themanagement, because they're understaffed, extremely slow and inconsistent. Read more

I want to know why customers are being asked to leave a tip? It should be an option to leave a tip but instead this company is... putting customers on the spot and basically forcing people to leave one. I came in my server uniform and was asked to leave atip on a 1.99 coffee I left one dollar and drive line guy goes ?yea no matter how small anything counts you know that? Are youkidding me?!?!?! There are people like myself who work at a server wage we depend on our tips to live! These employees at leastare getting paid min wage so why is this company forcing people to leave a tip?! It should be a choice to leave a tip it shouldnot be expected. Will no longer come to biggby for this exact reason and completely switch to Starbucks down the street wherethey have some sense! Kudos to Gywn! I called in advance about a custom sandwich and she immediately shared what my options were. When at the store... she was very friendly and generous. I forgot to include a sausage patty so she heated one up *no charge* which allowed me to addit to my sandwich when home. Read more

Slowest service ever! Not employees fault, they are always under staffed. 45 mins for 2 coffees and was told they won?t make my... turkey bagel, because they are too busy. HEY BIGGBY! Help this location out! If I don?t see a change soon, I?ll be forced to godown the street to Starbucks. Read more
