Im originally from East Lansing, I?ve spent all nighters at the original bigbey. THIS IS THE WORST ONE IVE EVER BEEN TOO.... Horrible management! Waited well over 25 minutes in the drive through and both bragels are without cream cheese. I watched themanager talk and talk while pausing on my drink. No urgency or respect for the customers. Worst experience in the state. Wouldhighly recommend upper management to take notice of the poorly ran location. Read more

Negative stars. Two cars in front of us at drive through took 25 minutes to get two iced coffees. Three people working. NO... EXCUSE. Saw our drinks sitting on the counter the entire time we sat at the pickup window- a total of 10 mins is what it took toget handed our drinks that were already made. I hate to complain but but this is a joke. They should be paying people to comehere at this point Read more

Drive thru continues to be slow. Be prepared to wait a good 10 minutes even with 1 car ahead of you. Staff is pleasant enough,... just need to work on priorities. Read more
