Wed 10:28pm Managers who have never owned a business will run someone else’s business into the ground! Customer service is... the basis for any service based business. The hostess and the bar tender were amazing ! We stood at the door for 4 minutespeople looked but didn’t approach us. Finally we went into the door of the managers office to ask for assistance. He tells is“final call is 10:30” we tell him we had been there since before 10:30 but got no help. The hostess says “let me see ifthe bar will take you” the bar tender did and she was amazing. We literally were back in our car by 11:00 on the dot it’s11:03 and I’m almost done the review. The food was amazing. Hostesss and bartender amazing Serving size and priceamazing Manager and his horrible management skills would be the reason we don’t return to this location. Read more

If you're the type of person who loves uncleared tables, a wait staff that smokes cigarettes at the front entrance, and sticky... pee all over the restroom floor, you are absolutely going to love this location! Not only do you get all of the above but thefood is equally as adequate as any other buffalo wild wings location! I consider myself somewhat of a filthy restroomconnoisseur--at home I never ever ever clean the floors or empty the trash or wipe down the sinks--and this place couldn't beany more of a welcoming atmosphere for a disgusting vile human such as myself. 100/100!! All four ranch dressings were missing from our order and we did not have any ranch in the fridge Bad enough to be charged but... to forget it shows very poor management by the restaurant and this was not first time! Large fries with bacon and cheddararrived as a gelatinous mass that had to be cut with a knife even after reheating it and wings were dry and at room temperature.Only saving grace was the buffalo chicken wrap with tortilla chips and salsa which was excellent. This place rocks. Called in a pick up order. Got there and they were extremely busy. The crew working the front greeted me and... were very helpful. Took a pic of the bar/dining area. Here's the thing my people, I was a little grumpy right off the bat. It's March madness, I'm gong on my lunch to get a little... basketball in. This isn't somewhere I normally hit for lunch, but I looked online and they had a decent lunch special. Plus, Iknow they have diet mountain dew. A real draw for me. I get there and order my beverage. Only to have the waiter come back andtell me that they have gotten rid of the elixir of life and replaced it with some blackberry flavored mountain dew freakishhybrid. So, grumpy. The meal takes about 10 minutes to come out, not great, not awful. The chicken wings were... underwhelming.They were a little bit bigger than a mcnugget. Good amount of fries and good service. I get wings here semi-regularly and I'm fairly disappointed in the food and service recently. Tonight I ordered 40 wings half... honey BBQ and half medium but received the dry-rub Buffalo instead. When I got inside I was told it would be 10 minutes more. Iwaited 30 minutes and then asked how much longer, and go figure... my food had been waiting in the warmer the entire time. I wasgoing to let the whole thing slide until I realized my order was completely wrong as well. I know these guys are busy and Iunderstand, hence my willingness to forget about the 30 minutes my food waited in the warmer, but come on guys... get ittogether. I sincerely hope it's not like this next time I come in or I'll probably start ordering from wing doozey. Onlyredeeming quality tonight is that the young lady that handed me my food seemed to acknowledge the mistake even though themistake wasn't hers to begin with and that makes a pretty big difference to me. I love coming to this location!! I always ask for Shanice! She gives really great service! She is great with my kids and she... knows I'm allergic to gluten, so she always makes sure that all my food is prepared properly! Most of the time she has a managerbring it out with gloves on, which shows me she IS taking care of my allergy and me! The food is always great as well and allthe staff is friendly!
