The blonde manager took her time with everything and was clearing out incomplete order and the other manager got rude after my... husband told me if the jalapeño bites I ordered weren?t done to get a refund. I wasn?t complaining just telling him I wastrying that they were busy. Worst customer service!! Read more

Yummy and fresh off the broiler. Nice employees, but I believe that they are running...short staffed. But excellent job.!
Employees have an attitude problem. Food was dry and down rite nasty. Taste like they didn't season the hamburger and that the... hamburger meat was old. I would have rate it a negative stars if there was an option. I was a shift manager at a burger King soI know the difference between when they used season and not and if the food was old. There is a reason for discard times. It isto prevent food Bourne illness. I would not recommend this place to any one. Read more
Horrible service I?ve been there twice and my food was old and gross so you won?t get no more of my money
We ordered the 2 for $10 whopper meals. We asked for no ice in our drinks and we got ice. We asked for cheese and bacon; got... crumbles and not very many. They didn?t give us straws or napkins. The fries tasted very not good. We went back thru the drivethru to get straws initially and to tell them what all was wrong and the guy got very short with us like we were inconveniencingthem. So I asked just for a refund. Having been charged for the extras and getting crumbles and not even a full piece of cheeseon top of rudeness was just to much. The manager walked over and he told her we wanted a refund she shouted ?Why?!?? So I triedto explain to her and she shut the window halfway and ignored me. The window worker then got on his ear piece and startedcussing about us to whomever was in the back. Very unprofessional and rude. He then tried to blame the fact that they have athousand people come every day and it was just Burger King. Very disappointing. Read more
