I went in at lunch around 1pm it was dirty in the store and most of the stuff wasn't full around the pop dispenser. Then I used... the bathroom before I left and that was dirty as well. I went back later on a break around 6pm and talked to (Heather) Sheapologized for the store. She was working very hard to get everything in order as I left I overheard that she was going to bealone closing when they are supposed to have someone else with them when they close and another employee said well my time outis 1am so that's not my problem. Do yourself a favor and go to a different Burger king. Whoever operates this Burger King uses high school kids and young adults... that drowned your food and sauces and not care about the quality of what they're serving to the public. This was my hometownBurger King and have used this Burger King for my school events home events and others. Do your self a favor and go to Subway orArby's or even McDonald's. You need to FIRE which ever female you had operating this store at 8:05 pm on 08/16/2022. She decided to chit chat with her... friend who was at the drive thru window for 20 mins. When my husband I decided to yell out our window, we got told to leave herdrive thru that our attitudes were not welcome! Burger King you will continue to lose money, hiring people like her. The Burger King on 68th Street in Cutlerville never answers their phone. They got my order wrong after I was very specific and... they repeated it back to me when I ordered and when I got to the window. When I got home I called them and they didn't answerthe phone. I've tried calling them a few more times in the past couple days since this happened and they still have not answeredthe phone. I don't have time to waste, nor gas--which is very expensive now. They are also very stingy with ketchup, etc. Willonly give you 5 packets no matter how many orders of fries you buy. Update: the manager argued with me and wouldn't listen. Healso dissed one of his employees, which is disrespectful. He did, however, replace the meal. He told me the phone never rang.When he went to go get his phone, he noticed it wasn't working. How can they not notice a downed phone from Friday night untilSunday evening? He also said a few other rude comments to me/about me. You want business? Do your job and be kind, please. Cashier was super friendly. Whopper was great. Fish is hit or miss here. If it's not a busy time of day, the fish patty is... usually old. I get it, they have a real short hold time but take forever to cook. But if you order during busy periods, the fishis usually nice and hot. Read more
Like I have said before, I love Burger King. Nothing holds a flame to the Original Whopper sandwich: ok, maybe my husband's... homemade cheeseburgers, but in the fast food world, I would rather eat a Whopper everyday, than any other fast food.
