My brother and I stopped in after the High School Volleyball Playoffs at East Kentwood and this place was busy! We were attended... to and greeted almost immediately inside and found a booth to sit in. The food came out within a couple minutes and to oursurprise was piping hot! Usually when you get fries from a fast food joint it can be hit or miss, but CFA is always on point!Owners Brad and Rena are awesome and always make a point to say hello when they see me! Went through the drive through. Ordered 2 clubs and a frosted lemonade. Got to the window and was asked the incorrect order... name. I corrected the employee and she acknowledged it. She said the incorrect amount after taking my card and began handing methe wrong order. When I corrected again and reiterated the correct name. She turned around to call for support and said "yousaid yes to -other name-" at that point I decided it was not worth coming back again since this was the 3rd time visiting thislocation that my order was wrong or something along these lines happened. Quick drive through. Hot and fresh food. They got distracted by our Golden Retriever hanging out the window and forgot to return... my card. I should have remembered but I was hungry. They are mailing it to me so worked out fine! Thanks. Read more
Ordered for a curbside p/u and didn?t receive 3 orders of French fries and I did not realize until getting home. My mistake.... Called and was not offered a refund only a redeemable reward, which was perfectly fine. However, I only received a reward for acookie a day later. Read more
The customer service is outstanding! Clean restaurant, great staff, great food and awesome customer service. They sang Happy... Birthday for my five year old, checked on our table multiple times, gave my kids stickers, and told them to turn in their toyfor ice cream. Great experience!! Read more
Chick-fil-A has yet to disappoint me, and this location is no exception to their excellent standard of service, food quality,... and atmosphere. Here you can find indoor and outdoor seating, fast and polite service, tasty chicken, play areas for kids,children's books, tasteful decorations, and an automatic no touch wastebin. I highly recommend eating here, alone, on a date, orwith family or friends. Read more
