Horrible service they charged me 17 dollars for my meal when I usually pay 11. I asked the cashier why it was so expensive and... she was like because that?s what you got. I then looked at the receipt and realized they overcharged me so then I made her getthe manager. The manger was a huge b word she kept rolling her eyes at me and was so rude and only refunded me 2 dollars and Itold her that?s not right and they wouldn?t only give me 2 dollars back so I payed for something I didn?t even get. We noticed that at this chipotle the food quantity is drastically lower then other chipotles. We got burrito bowls and maybe... they are new staff but if I?m paying the same amount of money the quantity should be consistent. The rice is also alwaysundercooked.
