This was by far the best experience and Denny's that we have visited. From start to finish with the Greeter, our waittress and... other staff was exceptional. Our food was out very fast from the time we ordered. They were so attentive checking in with us.Our drinks were refilled and to go boxes brought to us without asking. Super plus that the sanitizer machine in front entrancewas actually filled. The best Denny's ever is this location for Grand Rapids!!! Read more
Crystal greeted us with THEE BEST ENERGY EVER! There was ABSOLUTELY NO waiting, she took drink orders before we could even sit... down! I mean if anybody here needs a RAISE, let it be CRYSTAL! One star is being generous. We used to live eating here. This experience started out with a very rude waitress and I thought... maybe they were busy, but no, I arrived to pick up my food and maybe 4 people were in there. She was rude to the people waitingto be seated and rude to me. Then I arrived home to horrible food!!! I asked for onions in my hash browns and they were put onmy husband's Hamburg that asked for none. My scrambled eggs were white and had yolks....clearly not mixed at all, my toastlooked toasted perfectly and I could barely bite into it. My husband's burger tasted like dish soap. Best part were his fries,there is the 1 star. Will find somewhere else to eat from now on???? Read more
Our server was kind and most of the food was decent. The strawberry pancake puppies came out so burned that they were inedible .... They also only had 9 because they were out, but we got charged anyway. Other than that over all not a bad experience. Read more
Great food, big portions. We had the all we could eat breakfast for $6.99 and it included eggs, huge amount of hash browns, and... excellent pancakes. For a few more dollars we added a mix of sausage links and bacon to our orders. Cook did a great job!Waitress Santana was awesome. Please give her a raise, big pat on her back, something to honor her great skills and sense ofhumor. A definite plus to your organization. Read more

Shortstaffed, but the food was up to par, and delivered quickly. This location is used by the homeless population to warm up, ... but they were not aggressive, just cold. The waitress was very angered by this fact. Read more
Went to this location this morning for breakfast with my husband, daughter and grandkids. Server was nice, it wasn?t very busy... at all. I ordered biscuit w/gravy , scrambled eggs and bacon. When I received the order my food was stone cold. I asked for itto be heated up and that I?d like a small gravy on the side as well. Needless to say the food still came back cold and the gravyin the small dish was literally the consistency of water and was barely even warm. My daughter ordered grilled ham/cheese withhash browns, the hash browns were crunchy not even fully cooked and the sandwich was barely grilled it seemed as if they toastedit instead. My grandson?s pancakes were hard on the bottom. This is the second time in less then a month that the food wassubpar. The cashier didn?t seem to concerned when I informed her of the issue. The server did remove my meal from the ticket asI had only 1 bite of food. Very disappointed and will not be coming back. Food quality is poor!
