As a delivery driver, I have been pinged here multiple times. Of those times, they have either A) not given me the order because... "their system didn't get the customer's money upon order", B) ended up missing entire items on the order, and C) customers foundhair in their food. I would not recommend ordering from here if you're in the mood for sandwiches. The only reason I don't givea 1 star review is because the employee was polite at the door, which deserves some credit. Wasn?t greeted upon entry. I had a co worker with me for my first time to try Firehouse Subs. Let?s say it was a disappointment... for the first visit. The ?young man? behind the register was more into his phone then us. My friend asked about gluten free bunsand we were told they had them, then he asked about cross contamination and was blown off by the cashier paying more attentionto his phone. After looking at the menu I ordered, was asked my name and a completely different name was put on the receipt.Once the young man took my order he walked away. A very nice lady appeared and started making sandwiches with another woman. Sheasked my friend if he had ordered and we stated the guy walked away, seconds later the young man reappears to grab his phone andgone again he was. My friend was given a soft drink for free which wasn?t asked for but was reassuring. From the body language Igathered the nice ladies were having issues terribly with that young man. The food was rather good but the overall experiencewas kind of a let down, I?d definitely comeback but there won?t be a third time if I have to experience this again. Read more
Any other day I would give them a good review. But today when I pulled up to the window to pay for my food And was asked if I... would also like to leave a tip. As a business owner myself I was appalled at the fact that someone would ask for a tip for doingtheir job. You did not wait on me for half an hour to an hour while I enjoyed my meal, nor did you have to bust a table afterme. When you get paid an hourly wage is not OK to ask for tips. Read more

Good place to get a sub. Several varieties. My favorite sub is the turkey bacon ranch! My kids love it too. The only thing Is... their cookies never seem to be fresh anytime I order one. Would recommend this place if you enjoy good flavors! Read more
Great place to get a sub, made the way you like it. The staff is still wearing masks, but you do not have to if you are... vaccinated. You can now dine in the restaurant, but seating is limited. I still think Firehouse Subs have the best sandwiches of any of the national chains. This location is closer to my house and... while training a new employee, I had a great experience while here! Tried the chicken dumpling soup for the first time too!Pretty good! Read more
