Second pizza we?ve ordered this month. Both were on point. Plenty of toppings, great sauce and crispy hand tossed crust.

Pretty disappointed in the Flo?s experience in the last year. At least three times we have ordered, the order has been wrong.... Last night, we saw our delivery driver pick up our pizza boxes of the floor of the delivery vehicle. When we opened them up inthe house, the pizzas were smashed. It was pretty clear they had fallen off the seat of the vehicle, fallen to floor and hadsmashed to one side of the box. Besides that, one of the pizzas was not made properly, the receipt and delivery sticker on thebox clearly stated to not put certain ingredients on the pizza. This is at least the third time, that this particular pizza camewrong. We could have dealt with a smashed pizza if it would have been brought to our attention, put the wrong toppings and lackof concern over quality and customer service was enough to push it over the edge. On top of that, we were supposed to receive afull refund for the original purchase. Instead of a refund, our credit card was charged twice. Now we have paid twice formediocre pizza and even worse service. When we called the manager at the location, he said, ?there is nothing I can do aboutit.? And essentially hung up. Usually I recommend Flo?s to anyone, I think it will be a restaurant I tell my friends and familyto avoid for the time being. It would be nice if a general manger or corporate individual would follow up with us. We have someserious concerns and would like our double charged credit card to be refunded promptly. Average pasta and pizza, somehow always ends up as $60 for 2 adults and 2 kids. Tried to order recently and ended up on hold... for 10 minutes. Finally gave up and added the restaurant to our 'don't bother' list. The location is very convenient for us,but not worth the hassle of trying to get someone to take the order for what is essentially the 1999 Toyota Camry of Pizza andPasta. Read more
I don't know how I manage to never make it through an order with this place. I haven't though. Just tried to order pizza, your... open for at the time another hour and a half. I live 1459 feet away. I can't get a pizza. I've called before and the younglady on the phone said she couldn't understand me, hung up called back 3x. I speak quite well. And all the other times I gotfrustrated getting the phone prompt system only to be put on hold. I don't like to diss local food but Like it is 9:28 and youropen till 10:30. Great tasting pizza! Personally prefer their thin crust but you can't go wrong either way! Their cheese breadsticks were also... amazing! Lots of gooey cheese, parmesan, and buttery garlic goodness!! The cinnamon puffs had a nice bite to them, with lots oficing as well! Much better than the chain places nearby! Read more
