I have been here twice now. The first time I had the Champion Ramen- 10/10. It was out of this world! The Second trip I had the... beef Pho- 10/10. it was delicious and perfect! My Friends got the sushi (not sure what kind they got) and Hibachi and said thatit was terribly good. We were all VERY impressed. I will come back again if I get the chance. Read more
Fantastic place for dinner with family (reservations is a must to avoid waiting time). We came in with a party of 20 people and... we all were happy at the conclusion of dinner: Service is outstanding, credit to our server Ms. Shirley, she is fantastic,friendly, and very patience with our crowded party. Greatly appreciate her. Every order is on point, tasty, and delicious, fromRamen noodles to Pho, to variety of sushi and sashimi, beautifully done by the chefs and served well on time. Had a great time! 9/10. Atmosphere: kind of a quick-eats vibe, I probably wouldn't want to spend a ton of time here-- it was a... little chilly, the seating was not overly comfortable, and the layout kept making me want to check behind me before I got up.Overall, nice modern furnishings and decent atmosphere-- I went here for lunch with 2 others, we were seated immediately, andservice was nice. 9/10 Food: Pretty fantastic, 8/10. Companions had sushi and a rice burrito, and I had some seaweed salad,dumplings, and shumai. I also had a taro boba tea, which was alright (boba was a tiny bit underdone). I was overall not stunned,but everything was competently made. I think the sauces that came with the shumai and dumplings were a bit overly sweet-- I wishthe tables had black vinegar and chili oil, but this is very much a modern, fusion place, so the lack didn't surprise me. If youcan get ramen, pho, and deep-fried sushi rolls, the authenticity might be just a tiny bit lacking. Service: 10/10. Attentiveand kind server, made sure we were taken care of without being too overbearing. Bathrooms: 9/10, but only 2 single-occupancystalls. During a busy time, this might mean a bit of a wait. Points for the changing room table, having paper towels, andcleanliness. It's also pretty well decorated and smelled nice. Overall: a good time. I was surprised to not see an Iwai mars onthe bar, but I'm not sure how local supplies of whiskey are, as I was just in the area for 3 days. Read more

Ginza Sushi & Ramen Bar is AMAZINGLY GOOD!! My Brother and I went for the first time a couple nights ago and they’ve got some... of the best sushi I’ve ever had! I got the ‘Dynamite Roll’ which was a fried roll and it was still warm when they servedit. Our server was so nice to us and even though it was her 2nd day on the job, she had great suggestions for what Ramen to get!Overall a super great atmospheric Ramen Bar with great tasting sushi, I’ll for sure be back soon Read more
We've been meaning to visit, and glad we finally did. The sushi options were unique and very tasty. Price point was... surprisingly less than we're used to. Food quality on a Sunday night was top notch. Two thumbs up for server: Angelea! Read more
