Seriously a problem with the young staff here. The girl can't even tell me my total just told me put the card in the machine.... Then she threw my salad at me and acted like I was being a bother because I asked if they got the dressing in the bag. Andleaves me just standing there doesn't give me a receipt doesn't tell me that the transaction went through so I pull the receiptoff the cash register myself. Brown haired girl seemed way too interested in where she was going to be spending the night withthe guy that works back making the pizzas. Not to mention long brown hair in my pizza. I don?t want to give any stars but apparently I have to. Unfortunately we will have to stop eating here because the last two... weeks we have had black hair baked into our pizza. Not sure how this keeps happening but it is nauseating and will no longergive them my money. Read more
To ANYBODY reading this: 100% do NOT reccomend delivery. Sooo much can go wrong with delivery, but if you just walk in, and... order pizza? Sure, you will have to wait for some time, but the pizza, or whatever you order, will be warm but not too hot, andthe crust will be crispy but not TOO crispy. The staff are almost always nice, but everybody has a bad day once in a while. Thisspecific location is tiny, but you almost never notice with their hugely amazing food and customer service! ???? The two well done gluten free pizzas I ordered were hot and ready at the time I asked for! It's the best gluten free pizza in... the city frankly, just order it well done. Easy 5 stars, the staff is great! Read more
I was just at this location picking up food for lunch at work. When I got to my job about 10 minutes later ready to eat; I was... EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED to discover the Sub sandwich pizza wasn't even the least bit warm. I opened it to see that it was barelyeven cooked. The bread looked like it was cooked right. But; the Cheese and pepperoni were refrigerator cold; not even melted.Are you people INTENTIONALLY trying to make people SICK..?? Had to put in the microwave to warm it up just to eat part of it.Can't do anything about it now because I had to go back to work. I will be placing a complaint phone call during my next break.SADLY; this has happened the last couple times I've been at this location. This needs to STOP..!! Worst Hungry Howie's ever. Rude Manager, terrible service, and nasty food. Avoid it if you can. Asked for light butter, the... sandwich was so drenched that it needed to be thrown away. These people don't care at all. Their managers are just as bad. Read more
The Steak and mushroom Subs are delicious! The Chef salad is always fresh and the staff on Breton are so friendly and helpful.... Will definitely be going back! Read more
