Rude guy behind the counter! I always go there before work for some stuff at 330 to 4 am but never again!
I contemplated on posting this but considering no one ever answers the phone when you try to call the store...this is what it... shall come to. On October 26, 2018 at approximately 2am, my father attempted to break up a fight after two men jumped hiscoworker just outside the front doors of this store. This resulted in 2-3 African Americans in blue plant suits with dust masksjumping my father, continuously beating him - dragging him through the parking lot and by the gas pumps nearly knocking himunconscious. Thank god, my father was able to get away from these men as they went back for round two on his coworker. My fatherwent into the store and went to the front desk to ask for help and was told by a very rude clerk ?go to the bathroom and cleanyourself up, you?re getting blood all over my store?. VERY aware of what had just happened and what was continuing to happenoutside of this store, this clerk not once offered my father any help nor did she contact appropriate authorities. If it wasn?tfor their Uber driver arriving and bringing them to the hospital, I am unsure if my father and his coworker would be here today.My father was beaten so badly he has since had two surgeries to repair the damages to his face and has been left with permanentnerve damage. My questions for this clerk are, what if that was YOUR father and what would you do to get the justice he deservesand how would you feel if someone sat back and watched this happen, offering no help? Thank you for being a heartless person andmaking this tragic situation even more infuriating. If by some miracle the Uber driver who was there that night reads this, GODBLESS YOU. We are from out of state (Louisiana), otherwise I would have went in this store and confronted management and theclerk present that night myself. I love this gas station. Good items inside for convenience and usually pretty competitive gas prices too. I usually come here... because it's never too busy, regardless of what time you come, unlike the other gas stations between here and 28th Street. Read more
(Original review 2021) Update your google hours. Sign says 6-10 but google has 24hrs still in the maps app Update 2022: How... about now? Just randomly closed at 11:20pm, no sign on the door. Still says 24hrs on google maps. Read more
