Staff doesn?t seemed trained. Hostess was fixated on the computer for over a minute before she made eye contact. Assume taking... orders for take out. Got a nice lounge booth since it?s wasn?t busy. 10 minutes later, waitress brought us water. Another 10minutes, finally ordered. 50 minutes later, received food.less than 10 people in entire restaurant the whole time. Seems liketheir business is mostly carry out now. Food is great. Over the years we have loved this place. The sushi is AMAZING! Actually the entire menu is terrific! Unfortunately things have... deteriorated. The entire demeanor of Ju has changed. It has a totally unkempt appearance. Upon entrance to the restaurant theglass doors are smudged and look quite filthy. In addition to the presentation the service has plummeted to the bottom of thebarrel. We have been there twice now since resurfacing from the pandemic. Both times we almost left because of the long wait tohave our order taken and for our food to be completed. Last night was the final visit to Ju. Since the pandemic many things havechanged and not for the good. Money is too hard to come by to waste it on an establishment that does not value it's customers! Read more
A nice place to eat and lounge! Staff were great and food was good. It is cool to be able to watch the sushi chefs making the... sushi ???? This was our 1st time eating at JU Sushi and we enjoyed our time. Read more
CLEAN! FRIENDLY! GREAT EXPERIENCE! We are sushi newbies and wanted to explore. Reservations were easy to make. The food didn?t... take long and the timing between was well done. Our server was very helpful ( I didn?t get her name ????????) We tried 3different sushi options. 1. Jumbo Spider 2. Flying Japan 3. Fire Mountain (which came in flames!!) It was all so good! We hadthe Bacon Shrimp for an appetizer! Highly recommend this place and will most definitely go again! Read more
Delicious food, small desserts. The sushi was incredible. Pictured here is the philadelphia roll and spicy california. As well... as the philadelphia, avocado/cucumber and california. Desert was the cheesecake and carrot cake, essentially the same size and Ichose raspberry and chocolate sauce. Delectable, just overpriced for the serving size. Read more
Extremely good sushi dining! Atmosphere was light, traditional, and comfortable. All food and service was exceptional. Party... tried sushi rolls (so fresh), shrimp salad, and the teriyaki salmon. Everything was prepared as requested, all freshingredients, and beautiful presentation!! Would definitely go back to try more items on the menu. Read more
First of all.. When you 1st pull up it's impressive to look at, decorated beautifully throughout the building including the... bathrooms which offer mouthwash. The food was delicious. Dumplings ???? were amazing, the BEST sauce I ever had! The volcano 2and playboy were yummy and the red bean and green tea mochi were just delightful. All that just 45 bucks! Sushi was fresh and tasted good. There was crab salad in the shrimp tempura roll though. It?s kind of odd & i think they need to... mention this. The ?spicy? California roll is a regular California roll with spicy mayo on it. Definitely not spicy. I wouldsuggest maybe a spicy crab salad inside of it instead. Also, the rolls fall apart so easily. Not sure if these weren?t pressedtight enough or what, but when the roll is falling apart in your chopstick, it?s frustrating. Read more
