October 13 542p-Ordered online. Waited over an hour for our order. Multiple orders picked up while we continued to wait. When... asking how much longer the manager said it was in the oven? and we should have told him sooner ???? it had already been 45minutes. When the sweet kid working the register asked the manager again about the wait time, I overheard him say ?Give her somebread and maybe she?ll chill out?.???? Waited another 15 min and part of order was almost forgotten. When asked they grabbed itfrom the warmer. That part of the order was ready and was sitting there as long as we were. The manager just yelled at theother employees who were clearly doing their best because he was overwhelmed. Won?t be surprised if those employees quit. Read more
First time stopping in here , had been out all day school shopping , then as life would have it we had a major emergency.. audin... ( hopefully that's how I spell your name ) was caring and sympathetic and helped us get through it . I almost never eat fastfood but if I end up this way again I'll definitely stop in solely based on his customer service and his willingness to go aboveand beyond .. thank you sir .. my kids are happy now Read more

Absolutely terrible experience. The employees are blasting vulgar music, they all seem stoned, and nothing is consistent. Waited... 25+ minutes for our food while they?re cooking in the dark and screaming at people who stand near the door to get away from itbecause of the door bell. Everyone who came in to order was treated terribly and/or was visibly upset with service. Read more
