Usually love this place, Sadly this trip was disappointing. The chicken and fish were both super greesy , like the deep fries... weren't heated up properly or something... one foul experience won't kill my passion for their Hush puppies Bd Cole slas nchicken and fish! They were so nice despite the nasty costumer a car in front of me. They were busy, short staffed as most places are. That car... ordered and they took off. The gentlemen who waited on me was really nice, polite and very efficient. The food was perfect. Iwish more restaurants were as good. Read more
7:30 pm on Saturday 11/05/2022 sitting in the drive thru with a half dozen other cars behind me. Wait at the order speaker... patiently for 5 mins to order food. You Look in the restaurant and at least two female workers are just mopping floors cleaning(to go home probably). BUT, I?m pretty certain the store was still OPEN the sign was ON all the lights are still ON, order menustill lit up just flat out ignoring the customers lined up to order at the speaker. Saw two females literally look right out atus all and nobody STILL came to speaker to even say ?hey were closed right now.? Just continued mopping and for real Justignoring the line at order speaker. Killing time getting paid still but not wanting to work or wait on customers apparently.Completely unacceptable to be ignored. I headed over to the Wyoming location where the guy went out of his way and was literallymore than friendly and welcoming. You need more workers like him at your location (I wish I?d gotten his name) but I?m guessingthis to be a regular thing here is my hunch. Best business suggestion for you : Close the doors at this location it?s losing youmore customers and profits in the long run. It?s run down and full of workers who 1. Don?t want to work 2. I like the food. It is normally very good. The service needs some help. I have been here once that I left after 10 minutes of... standing (the only person there) this time we were not even acknowledged after 5 minutes of being at the window, we honked andthe person working made it very clear that it bothered them that we honked. Good food, but could use some help. Thinking, wewill start going to the other location. It is out of our way to come here and not wanting to continue to give my money topeople that seem to be bothered taking it. Read more
The assistant manager named Dennis was very rude and outspoken. I did not get my full order and he said that he gave it to you... and I showed him that he didn't. The girl that waited on us was very sweet and very nice she went back and got us what we didn'tget in our meal. You could still hear him yelling at us. The black couple that we met the time we went were managers and theywere very nice food was great. I will never go back again if he is still there he's rude outspoken and loud. Of course I got wasso little nothing there a big box with nothing in it so sad to see the place go downhill because of that man so unhappy me andmy wife were. Read more
I've been here over ten times on different occasions after 11:30 and doors are still locked or they say they are not ready yet.... Never be back to long John silver's again don't even trust the food. Fountain pop machine never gets cleaned fifthly dirty neverany ice always broke down. Highly recommend going somewhere else! Read more
