McDonald's on Leonard is very inconsistent it all depends. Food cold when hot burgers come out dripping grease. Closing time is... whenever I learned if my fries are cold just to keep driving because if I wait the sandwich is guaranteed to be cold by the timethe fries arrive. Read more
Never had any issues at this McDonald?s, but I?ve noticed that every time I order a large drink here I get a large iced tea cup.... The large iced tea cup is quite a bit smaller than an actual large soft drink. Of course, the price they charge is still thesame. This cup is barely bigger than a medium soft drink cup. Ordered a Quarter Pounder w/Cheese only ketchup Meal w/ a blue icy, and as I went to grab the burger the bun was cold, the... cheese was slapped on there and the meat was half raw. I turned around in my car and went inside to talk to the manager and toldthem about the burger respectfully and could I get a refund on the burger. They had a whole attitude, WHY? CAUSE THEY GAVE ME AHALF RAW BURGER THAT WASN'T COOKED... They didn't want to give me a refund but wanted to give me another burger I said no. Isaid forget it. Half the time they get my order right. One large water and an egg McMuffin. Sometimes no napkins, others medium water or even a... sausage McMuffin. Don?t even think about ordering breakfast at 10:58AM. The outside looks like an war zone. Avoid at all costs.???????????????????? Read more
Wish I could give negative stars. Couldn't hear the guy at drive thru, come to find out he was on his phone as we went through.... They got a drink order wrong, left off a fry, didn't salt the ones we did get, got 2 burger orders wrong by adding stuff. Didn'tfind out til down the road because we has to get going and already had to wait for fries. Less than half the order was correct.The worst ever! Read more
Food is okay. Morning manager is rude. Sighed when I wasn?t done with my order, drive thru wasn?t even busy and yelled at a girl... for asking if I wanted my receipt or not. I asked for 2 muffins and only got charged and received one cause she didn?t take thetime to listen to my order.
