Food is always good quality for fast food! The staff is very friendly and they work extra hard to take care of the customers. My... only complaint is that mobile orders usually take 15-20 minutes to get out to you after arriving (as opposed to the typical 5minutes they state on the app). We ordered 5 mcchickens, a hamburger, 5 fries and a cheeseburger with a sprite. They forgot the cheeseburger so my boyfriend... went inside to get it. They ignored him. He waited 15 minutes and they never gave us the food we paid for. My sprite had nosyrup in it. If this was the first time this happened I would let it go but it seems like almost every time we go they forgetsomething from our order. Going to a different McDonald's from now on. Read more
I don't know if it was just the right place at the right time, but I've never had such a perfect experience at a McDonald's.... Call me cheesy but it was shocking enough to make me do this review. I went for a quick dinner pickup, the staff were verypatient and courteous. There were practically zero communication problems to speak of. The order was made exactly as we asked.The food was hot and just about as good as I've had out of any McDonald's prior. My experience is usually the exact opposite ofthis. It is my hope, that the excellent employees of this particular shift receive some kind of an incentive, or at the veryleast some appropriate recognition. Went through the drive thru, my double cheeseburgers were dry, just a tiny bit of color to show there was a tiny bit of ketsup... on it. Everyone else was satisfied with their food. It went quick. Read more
Today I came thru the drive thru and order a bacon quarter pounder with cheese and a med fri and med drink, I get home and after... a couple bites into my burger, this is what I see, my burger not even fully cooked and still pink in the inside. Read more
