Doesn?t even deserve one star. Paid $10 each for two adult happy meals. Both didn?t come with the adult toy. They didn?t say... anything and offered us two childrens toys. My mothers Big Mac came with zero meat. The lady in front of us said her meat pattywas raw. 0/10 these people act shocked and surprised when we all said our orders weren?t correct. Slow service. Not the best. I try to give this location a chance and the service is slow and the people are usually rude. I had the curbside... lady pretty much throw a coffee in my car and it spilled all over my car . Not very happy with this exchange. I understand thestaffing issues and the busy times but I don?t think you should thrust food at customers and seem short with them while doingso. So now my car wreaks of coffee and I have no coffee to actually drink. Read more
I came thru the drive thru around 11:30 AM for a kids Happy Meal. The cashier was super friendly and welcoming. I was asked to... wait in the side lot until my order was ready, which was no problem. The young lady who ran our food out about 5 minutes laterwas super efficient and friendly, and my kid's nuggets were obviously very nice & fresh - worth the wait. But I felt so bad forthe woman running the food out - the guy parked next to me was a complete jerk and when she handed him his bag, he snatched itfrom her really aggressively, threw it down on the seat next to him and peeled out leaving literal burning rubber smoke in herface. Just awful. I felt embarrassed just to be parked next to him. I don't know what's wrong with people these days. Anyway Imade sure to smile and wave to her and give her another thank you so that her most recent memory would (hopefully) be of someoneshowing kindness and not being a complete jerk. Awful experience today. First off, all of the employees were joking around laughing and having a good time (I get it, work needs... to be fun), but the commentary was just inappropriate with customers present. Nobody really seemed interested in taking my orderand continued to joke and kid around. Once I finally got my order (a large soda) I noticed the soda machine is no longer in thedining area. Upon requesting a refill I had to pay for again! What the heck happened to free refills, and since when are sodasno longer one dollar? Between that and the mutiny of immature workers and patrons, I certainly will take my business elsewhere. Read more
horrible service and in line for about 25 minutes. rude staff and I had asked for a vanilla shake and a small french fry and... added one more for $1.00. The rude one took my $10.00 dollars and I said I needed $2.50 cash back, she questioned me and slammedthe window before I could ask her for a receipt. We struggled on with so many cars and unhappy customers shouting, at the pickup door the young kid was rude and basically shoved the bag of french fries. I had ordered on the voice intercom for extra salt.I pointed out to him we did not have the vanilla shake and he said his boss was taking care of it, wait wait wait in line andthe boss seems to be on his cell phone and private call. Finally get the shake and the kid says he has no salt, and I said gofind it somewhere since I ordered it 25 minutes ago and he makes a big deal of it and literaly shoves 2 small salt packets outto me. I?m not one to ever leave reviews on any fast food place because my expectations for them are always low. This McDonald?s is... efficient in regards of getting the line to move fast, but every last one of my items was ice cold. If your fries have beenOBVIOUSLY sitting in the window for too long, do not serve them. If your food isn?t warm at the least, don?t serve it. Thething that had me the most upset was them serving a cold apple pie. 0/10 would not recommend going to this location at all. Read more
There?s a reason for the low ratings. I have been waiting at the order window for 20 minutes. I get that it?s thanksgiving. I... get you want to be with your families. But why show up to work if you aren?t going to work? We all know McDonald?s is corruptand they don?t treat their employees with respect.
